스마트폰 어머니 모델링 중재패키지가 지적장애학생의 라면조리기술에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the Smart Phone Mother Modeling's Intervention Package on RAMEN Cooking Skill for Students with Intellectual Disabilities)

초록

본 연구는 스마트폰 어머니 모델링 중재패키지가 지적장애학생의 라면조리기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 목표행동인 라면조리기술은 과제분석에 의하여 10가지의 하위기술로 구성되었다. 그리고 중재프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 단일대상연구의 한 가지 기법인 대상자 간 중다간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였다. 중재프로그램을 구성하기 위해 스마트폰 어머니 모델링을 일차적인 독립변인으로 설정하고, 나머지의 교수전략(상황 이야기, 비디오 자기점검, 시각적 단서, 자기 점검표, 역할놀이 등)을 일차적으로 설정된 스마트폰 어머니 모델링에 패키지화하였다. 중재프로그램의 교수환경은 가정환경 내 주방과 공부방으로 하였으며, 이 두 가지 환경은 상호 연계적인 스케줄로 적용되었다. 중재프로그램의 적용 결과, 대상학생들은 라면조리기술을 완전한 독립 수행 수준인 100%로 습득하였으며, 3주 이후 역시 그 습득된 결과는 동일하게 유지된 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에서 나타난 스마트폰 어머니 모델링 중재패키지의 기능적 이점과 원리를 중심으로 논의하였다.

영어초록

One of the main concerns on the special education is to improve the independent living abilities of students with intellectual disabilities. Especially, parent modeling‘s intervention should be an integral part of independent living achievement for students with intellectual disabilities, because they usually have only isolated in home environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of smart phone mother modeling's intervention package on the RAMEN cooking skill of middle school students with intellectual disabilities. The target behavior which was the acquisition of RAMEN cooking skill consisted of ten sub-behaviors. The multiple probe baseline across participants design was used to investigate the effectiveness of the intervention program. The smart phone mother modeling packaged multiple instructional strategies such as direct instruction(response prompting), video self-monitoring, social story, behavior rehearsal(role play), self-monitoring checklist, visual cues, token reinforcement. The intervention program environment consisted of kitchen and study room. The result of the study indicated that all three students with intellectual disabilities successfully acquired by the participant. Also, the newly acquired skills were maintained following the termination of the intervention. The result of the study were discussed in the perspective of smart phone mother modeling's intervention package for students with intellectual disabilities. For successful independent instruction of students with intellectual disabilities, mother modeling‘s intervention should be included in the transition planning programs, and those interventions should be designed based multiple instructional approaches on the learning needs of students with intellectual disabilities. The results of this study can be used as critical data in designing and implementing independent training programs of students with intellectual disabilities.
