초록

The basic design materials for specified recycling complex were obtained for the companies of waste plastics selected from the estimation of total plottage. The estimation of total plottage for specified recycling complex consisted of storage area of waste plastic, facilities area, product storage area, sorting place area, office area, and joint area. From this, total plottage for each item of one company were obtained. Thus the real plottage for specified recycling complex constructed can be estimated from the multiplication of the total plottage of each item of one company and total move-in companies and items. The estimated plottage is between 2,000 pyung (≒ 6,612 ㎡) to 26,000 pyung (≒ 85,951 ㎡). The storage area for waste plastics is obtained from the formula of permissible storage amount × loading density ÷ efficacious height, and the facilities area from the formula of annual treating amount × facilities area per ton. Also, the product storage area is obtained from the formula of permissible storage amount × outage ratio ÷ loading density ÷ efficacious height, and the joint area from the formula of real area of operating company × concerned ratio. The sorting place area is obtained from the results of visit and questionnaire of local government with sorting place. The plan to obtain the total plottage for specified recycling complex is considered to the move-in to the existing industrial complex, the use of end-of-life landfill, use of place for waste vinyl of Korea environment&resources corporation, use of public surface water reclamation and use of abandoned mines.
