초록

There are many places in China and who opposed a long period in the history of Koguryo. Among them there are Seoanpyeong(서안평). Several forces of Koguryo and China were in conflict Seoanpyeong for 166years until King Mi-cheon occupied from King Tae-Jo of Koguryo.
Many people said there was a Abrokgang downstream for the location of the Seoanpyeong. However, in recognition of Seoanpyeong Abrokgang downstream difficult to interpret other historical materials. The period of King Tae-Jo attack on Sinchang etc. Then there is a record of attacking the Seoanpyeong.
Sinchang is that so far the vicinity of Haeseong City Seoanpyeong also find in this area. In order to attack was possible Haeseong City Area should occupy the area of Bongseong City of Qian mountains(千山) east. When this is not seen for several reasons Seoanpyeong Abrokgang downstream, we must as of now, Liaodong city Anpyeong.
One reason for the attack in the Koguryo continue Seoanpyeong would have been extended for this purpose in the region. In addition, there is also so Liaodong city Anpyeong located on the road to go to Liaodong or Bunxi(본계) for the purpose of finding the convenience of the attack.
