스마트팩토리 실행전략이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study about Influences of Smart Factory Implementation Strategy upon Management Performance)

초록

18세기 후반 들어 증기기관의 발명으로 기계화를 이룬 1차 산업혁명을 시작으로, 20세기 초반 석유, 전기 에너지에 의한 제품 대량생산이 가능케 되었던 2차 산업혁명은, 제조업 측면에 있어 규모의 경제를 구현시켜 생산력을 증가시키는 계기가 되었다. 이는 세부적으로 기업 측면에 있어서 제품 제조원가을 낮추어 기업 경쟁력으로까지 이어졌다. 게다가 2차 산업 혁명에 이어 급진적으로 보급되어진 컴퓨터와 인터넷기반의 지식혁명이라 불리는 3차 산업으로 인하여, 제조업 분야는 유래 없는 르네상스시대를 맞이하게 되었으며, 기업들은 산업 혁명의 단계흐름에 발맞추어 번영을 누려왔다. 한편, 최근 기술과 기술이 융합되어지고, 실제 세계와 가상공간이 연결되는 4차 산업 혁명이 도래되어짐에 따라, 제조업에 속해있는 기업들은 불확실한 환경 속에 기업경쟁력을 확보하고 기업의 성과로 연결시켜줄 술 있는 또 다른 경영전략 수립이 매우 절실해지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제조업분야에 있어 최근 기업의 새로운 경쟁무기이자 동력원이라고 할 수 있는 스마트팩토 리 실행전략이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보자 하였다, 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 선행연구를 통해 초기모형을 설정 하였으나, 연구모형의 적합도를 높이고자 수정지수를 이용하여 연구모형을 최종 설정하 였다. 연구에 있어 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 본 연구의 분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과 스마트팩토리 실행전 략이 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 부분 채택되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구모형에 결과 따르면, 스마트팩토리 실행전략에 하위요인인 외부통합은 경영성과 하위요 인인 생산성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 스마트팩토리 실행전략에 하위요인인 설비자동화, 업무자동화, 점진적 개선은 경영성과 하위요인인 품질성과에 각기 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 본 연구 설계모형에 대한 연구 가설을 부분 채택하는 실증 근거로 제시 가능하다. 게다가, 제시된 결과들을 제와하더라도 가설들에 하위요인들이 상관관계가 있음을 확인 가능 할 수 있었다 한편, 스마트팩토리 하위요인인 업무자동화, 점진적개선 및 내부통합 요인은, 경영성과에 하위요인인 생산성 과에 통계적으로 유의(+)한 영향을 주지 못하였다. 이는 스마팩토리 실행전략이 외부통합을 통한 기업 도입 운영을 확대하고자 하는데 영향에 기인한다고 보인다. 상술하자면 기업이 각 단계별 또는 시스템화 시키는 단계별 수준별 운영 방향수립에 따른 성과의 단계별 확장성이라 판단되어진다.

영어초록

With the First industrial revolution which enabled mechanization by invention of steam engine in the late 18th century, the Second industrial revolution that made mass production by petroleum and electric energy in the early 20th century became an opportunity to increase production, realizing economies of scale in manufacturing. In detail, this led to enterprise competitiveness, lowering manufacturing cost. Furthermore, by rapid spreading of computer and the Third industry called knowledge revolution based internet, manufacturing field had its renaissance and enterprises enjoyed prosperity, keeping up with steps of industrial revolution. In the other hand, as the Fourth industrial revolution began, where a technology is combined with another technology for a new one, and real world is connected with cyberspace, it is urgent for manufacturing enterprises to establish management strategy that can make it possible to secure competitiveness in the midst of uncertain environment to bring management performance. Accordingly, the study tried to investigate influences of Smart factory implementation strategy upon management performance which can be a recent new competitive arms and power source for an enterprise. For the study, first model was set through pilot study. However, for higher model-fit, the model was finally set, using modification index. For analysis, structural equation modeling was used. As the results, hypothesis that Smart factory implementation strategy would give significant influences on management performance was partially selected. As a result of this Study, External integration, a sub-factor of the smart factory execution strategy, had a statistically significant effect on productivity, a sub-factor of management performance. Also,, facility automation, work automation, and gradual improvement, which are sub-factors of the smart factory execution strategy, each had a statistically significant effect on quality performance, which is a sub-factor of management performance. This can be presented as an empirical basis for partially adopting the research hypothesis for this study design model. Moreover, Apart from Excluding the stated results, Many of sub-factor of Hypotheses are related each other possible to check. On the other hand, the sub-factors of the smart factory, such as task automation, gradual improvement, and internal integration factors, did not have a statistically significant positive effect on productivity, which is a sub-factor of business performance. This seems to be due to the influence of the smart factory execution strategy to expand the introduction and operation of companies through external integration. In detail, it can be judged as the scalability of the performance by each stage or by the establishment of the operation direction for each stage that the company systemizes.
