초록

목적 이 연구는 중⋅고등학교 축구 팀 형태에 따른 학생선수의 학교생활 적응, 진로결정 자기효능감, 그리고 사회적 지지의 차이를분석하는 데 목적을 두고 진행했다.
방법 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 중⋅고등학교 축구 팀 소속 학생선수와 축구 클럽 팀의 학생선수를 연구대상으로 선정했다.
편의 표본 추출법을 활용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 설문지를 배포하여 자료를 수집했다. 총 425부를 연구대상 자료로 선정했다.
연구의 자료는 SPSS 21 프로그램을 활용하여 처리했다. 연구대상의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 실시했다. 축구 팀운영 형태에 따른 학생선수들의 학교생활 적응, 진로결정 자기효능감, 사회적 지지의 차이를 분석하기 위해 독립표본 t검정을 실시했다.
결과 팀 운영 형태에 따른 학생선수의 학교생활 적응 차이를 분석한 결과 교사와의 관계, 교우와의 관계, 수업 이해와 참여, 규칙준수와 활동, 사이버상의 수업과 소통 모든 하위 요소에서 클럽 팀 소속 학생선수가 높게 나타났으며, 통계적 유의성을 확인했다.
팀 운영 형태에 다른 학생선수의 진로결정 자기효능감 차이를 분석한 결과 자기평가, 직업정보 수집, 계획수립, 목표설정, 문제해결방식 모든 하위 요소에서 클럽 팀 소속 학생선수가 높게 나타났으며, 통계적 유의성을 확인했다. 팀 운영 형태에 다른 학생선수의사회적 지지 차이를 분석한 결과 일상정서지지, 문제정서지지, 사회적지지, 일상도구지지, 문제도구지지 모든 하위 요소에서 클럽팀 소속 학생선수가 높게 나타났으며, 통계적 유의성을 확인했다.
결론 학교 팀과 클럽 팀 운영 방식의 차이가 학생선수들의 학교생활 적응, 진로결정 자기효능감, 그리고 사회적 지지에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 밝혔다. 이러한 차이가 학교 팀 소속 학생선수들에게는 다소 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 이에 따라 학생선수들의전반적인 진로 지도와 스포츠 활동을 교육적 경험의 관점에서 재검토할 필요성이 있음을 논의했다.

영어초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in student-athletes' school adjustment, career decision self-efficacy, and social support based on the type of soccer team they play on in middle and high school.
Methods To achieve the objectives of this study, student-athletes from secondary school football teams and football club teams were selected as the subjects of the study. Convenience sampling was used to select the sample, and a questionnaire was distributed to collect data. A total of 425 copies of the questionnaires were se lected for the study. The data was processed using the SPSS 21 programme. Frequency analysis was conducted to identify the general characteristics of the study population. Independent samples t-test was conducted to de termine the differences in student-athletes' adjustment to school life, career decision self-efficacy, and social support according to the type of football team management..
Results The results of the analysis of the differences in student-athletes' adjustment to school life according to team management type showed that student-athletes in club teams had higher scores in all sub-factors of rela tionship with teachers, relationship with classmates, understanding and participation in class, following rules and activities, and cyber class and communication, with statistical significance. When analysing the difference in ca reer decision self-efficacy between student-athletes with different team management styles, the results showed that club team players were higher in all sub-components of self-assessment, gathering career in formation, planning, goal setting, and problem solving, with statistical significance. When analysing the difference in social support between student-athletes with different team management styles, the results showed that club team members were higher in all sub-factors of daily emotional support, problem emotional support, social sup port, daily tool support, and problem tool support, with statistical significance.
Conclusions We found that differences in the way school teams and club teams are organised affect stu dent-athletes' adjustment to school life, career decision self-efficacy, and social support. These differences may have a somewhat negative impact on student-athletes in school teams, suggesting that the overall career guid ance and sports activities of student-athletes should be reconsidered from the perspective of the educational experience.
