아동청소년복지시설 CYS-Net 운영분석 준거틀 구축과 적용 (Struction and Application CYS-Net Framework of ChildㆍYouth Welfare Institutions)

초록

Three works of child of minister for health and social welfare affairs, youth of national committee for youth, and day care of minister for gender equality combined one with child & youth policy department for of minister for health, social welfare and family affairs. Under these circumstances, it is urgent to evaluate CYS-Net(Community Youth Safety-Net) which are closely related to service levels of child & youth welfare. Present framework analyzing of CYS-Net consist of 4categories: clients, services network and finance which are divided into 12 sub-categoris: concentration, appropriatness, continuity, locality, responsibility, integrity, instantaneousness, specialization of personnel, stability, and compensation. And the framework built by these categoires was applied to the present operation of CYS-Net. The results of application should be a top priority when it comes to CCYS-Net(Community Child Youth Safety-Net), which will be enforced in the future. The important thing of CYS-Net is to strengthen service improvements and increase cooperation with its related institutions. Heavy dependence on the existing institutions and human resources regarding to the selection and operation of CYS-Net hub institution should be avoided to get the objective accomplished.Utilization of existing speciality and supplementaion of human resources for new tasks should go together. This study will help build up a CCYS-Net, which is to play a major role for increasing child & youth welfare.
