위계적 일상생활 의사소통 프로그램이 발달장애 청소년의 사회적 의사소통에 미치는 효과 (A Study on Effects of Hierarchical Daily Program on Social Communication of Adolescents with Developmental disorder)

초록

목적: 이 연구에서는 위계적 일상생활 의사소통 프로그램이 발달장애 청소년의 사회적 의사소통 능력에미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법: 연구에 참여한 대상자는 발달장애 청소년 4 명이였으며 프로그램은 강원도 소재 ○○ 대학교 실습실 내에서 총 30회기로 진행되었다. 결과: 첫째, 대상자 1은 사회적 의사소통 체크리스트 항목 중 대화의 의미 이해, 역할에 맞는 언어 사용, 상대방에대한 적절한 반응, 대화의 종료에서 능력의 향상을 나타내었다. 대상자 2는 대화의 의미 이해, 유머이해, 역할에 맞는 언어 사용, 대화의 적절한 시도, 상대방에 대한 적절한 반응, 대화의 종료에서능력의 향상을 나타내었다. 대상자 3은 역할에 맞는 언어 사용, 대화의 적절한 시도, 상대방에 대한적절한 반응에서 능력의 향상을 나타내었다. 대상자 4는 사건의 진술, 유머 이해, 역할에 맞는 언어사용, 대호의 적절한 시도, 상대방에 대한 적절한 반응, 대화 시 적절한 개입, 대화의 종료에서 능력의향상을 나타내었다. 결론: 발달장애 청소년의 사회적 의사소통 행동 발생율 증가에 영향을 준 요인은다음의 세 가지로 논의될 수 있다. 첫째, 대상자가 사회에서 경험하였거나 당면하게 되는 상황에 대해설명하며, 그 상황에 적절한 반응 방법을 제공하고 있다. 둘째, 위계적 일상생활 프로그램 내용의스크립트적인 특성을 생각할 수 있으며, 세번째 요인으로는 본 연구에 사용된 프로그램이 청소년이라는시기적 특성을 고려하였으며, 이는 청소년 직업 및 직무에 대한 욕구와 필요성에 부합하는 발달장애청소년의 사회적 의사소통 능력 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 추측된다.

영어초록

Purpose : The purpose of the study was to measure the effect of hierarchical daily communication programs on the social communication ability of adolescents with developmental disorder. Methods : The participants of this study consisted of 4 adolescents who were given a total of 30 sessions in a laboratory at 00 University located in Gangwon-do. To analyze the data, a Mann-Whitney-test was used with 18.0 SPSS. Results : First, Target 1 expressed understanding of the meaning of conversation among social communication checklist items, the use of language appropriate for role, the appropriate response to the other party, and the improvement of ability at the end of the conversation. Target 2 expressed understanding of the meaning of the conversation, understanding humor, using language appropriate for role, making appropriate attempts to communicate, responding appropriately to the other party, and improving ability at the end of the conversation. Target 3 indicated improvements in ability in the use of language appropriate for role, appropriate attempts to communicate, and appropriate responses to the other party. Target 4 expressed the statement of events, understanding humor, using language appropriate for role, proper attempts by proxy, proper responses to the other party, proper intervention in the conversation, and improved ability at the end of the conversation. Conclusions : The three factors that affected increased occurrences of social communication behavior in adolescents with developmental disorders were as follows. First, participants explained what they had experienced or situations that they will face in society, and provided appropriate responsive methods of the situation. Second was script characteristics of content of hierarchical daily communication program. The third factor was that the program used in this study considered the temporal characteristic called adolescence and this study speculated that it made a positive effect on improving the social communication ability of adolescents with developmental disorder as it corresponds to the desire and necessity of job and duty of adolescents.
