초록

본 논문의 연구목적은 인지편향이 의사결정과정에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 그 영향의 방향에 따라 탈인지편향을 위해 개발된 논증기반의 구조화분석기법 적용범위를 모색하기 위한 것이다. 인지편향은 위기 및 위험 인식, 정보타당성 인식, 정보신뢰성 인식, 정보평가기준 인식, 대안선택기준 인식, 실행능력 인식 등 6개 의사결정과정에 영향을 미치고 있으며 각 과정마다 다양한 방향으로 비합리적인 사고와 판단을 유발하고 있다. 의사결정과정에서 인지편향이 미치는 영향을 바탕으로 구조화분석기법을 다음과 같은 방향으로 적용해야 한다고 본다. 위기 및 위험인식관련 위기나 위험의 정확성과 적시성 판단 개선을 위한 적용방향이 필요하다. 정보타당성 인식관련 정보자료 내용, 논증, 변수관계 타당성 평가 개선을 위한 적용방향이 필요하다. 정보신뢰성 인식관련 정보내용과 출처의 신뢰성 평가개선을 위한 적용방향이 필요하다. 정보평가기준 인식관련 첩보의 신뢰성, 상황요소, 사고기준 비교의 객관적 판단의 개선 등을 위한 적용방향이 필요하다. 대안선택기준 인식관련 가설, 대안, 상황의 객관적 판단 개선등의 적용방향이 필요하다. 마지막으로 실행능력 인식관련 자신의 취약요인분석과 실행능력에 대한 객관적인 판단개선을 위한 적용방향이 필요하다. 의사결정과정에서 상기 적용방향에 적합한 구조화분석기법의 활용은 인지편향의 영향을 감소시킴으로써 객관적이고 합리적인 의사결정에 기여할 것으로 본다.

영어초록

The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of cognitive bias on the decision making process and to explore the scope of application of the argument-based structured analysis technique developed for decognition bias according to the direction of its influence. Cognitive bias affects six information analysis processes, including risk and risk perception, information validity perception, information reliability perception, information evaluation standard recognition, alternative selection criterion recognition, and execution ability recognition. Each process leads to irrational thinking and judgment in various directions. is causing Based on the effect of cognitive bias in the intelligence analysis process, I believe that the application of structured analysis techniques should be applied in the following directions. An application direction is needed to improve the accuracy and timeliness judgment of risks and risks related to risk and risk perception. There is a need for an application direction to improve the information data content, argument, and variable relationship validity evaluation related to information validity perception. There is a need for an application direction to improve the reliability evaluation of information content and sources related to information reliability perception. There is a need for an application direction to improve the reliability of information related to information evaluation criteria recognition, situational factors, and objective judgment of accident criteria comparison. It is necessary to apply the alternative selection criteria, such as improvement of objective judgments of hypotheses, alternatives, and situations related to recognition. Lastly, it is necessary to analyze one's own vulnerable factors related to the recognition of execution ability and to apply direction to improve objective judgment on execution ability. In the intelligence analysis process, the use of structured analysis techniques suitable for the application direction is expected to contribute to objective and rational intelligence analysis by reducing the effect of cognitive bias.
