초록

This study is based on the primary data obtained by comparing and analyzing the muscle activity of the upper limb muscles and the time required to perform between the types of head strokes (large movements, small movements) of junior high school Kendo athletes. It is in contributing to providing.
To this end, the experiment was conducted on six middle school students. This study's primary purpose was to attach EMG sensors to both the left and right sides of the brachioradialis, biceps brachii, biceps brachii, anterior deltoid, and pectoralis major. Based on the maximal voluntary isometric contraction for each muscle part, the head stroke's muscle activity was analyzed in detail. The viewpoint was also divided into the basic posture, the backswing top posture, and the impact posture, and the section was set as the preparation section and the hitting section to find out the time required to perform between head stroke types. The results show that in the prepared posture, the upper limb muscle activity was similar among the head stroke types, and the backswing top and impact posture showed a difference between the types. The difference between sections was small in the large motion in the time factor, but the difference was immense in the small motion. In this study, some player and training variation to reduce the variation between players is considered most important in Kendo.
