초록

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic sources of the performing project for the effective application planning of the neighborhood physical training sports facilities in which the middle aged users can enjoy the healthy life in preparation of their own silver age. And the objectives of the research were the middle aged users who are using the neighborhood sports facilities which are located in one special city(Seoul) and six metropolitan cities(Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Ulsan, Daegu and Gwangju). The concrete purpose of this study is as follows.
First, The higher the level of personal value of the middle aged users who are using the neighborhood physical training facilities, the higher plus effects on the degree of involvement appeared.
Second, The higher the level of personal value of the middle aged users who are using the neighborhood physical training facilities, the higher plus effects on the physical exercise satisfaction appeared.
Third, The higher the degree of involvement of the middle aged users who are using the neighborhood physical training facilities, the higher plus effects on the physical exercise satisfaction appeared.
