초록

This study suggests improvement measures for defense quality management systems that asses the operational results of a quality management system as either acceptable or non-acceptable. Specifically, the goal is to use the defense quality management system review as a tool to measure the quality level of a company and address any shortcomings. We first collected and analyzed only the predicates for all the requirements of the defense quality management system and classified them into various types. Nine types were identified in this study. A level-specific quantification method was presented for each requirement type, and the results of this study were applied to actual cases of non-conformity. Applying the findings of this study to real-world operations could motivate companies to continuously improve quality. Additionally, it would enable the prediction and evaluation of the quality level of a company based on certification outcome data.
