자문화기술지를 통한 온라인 교사공동체 운영경험 분석 (An Analysis of Experience in the Administration of the On-Line Teacher Community through Autoethnography)

초록

이 글은 현장교사의 자문화기술지(autoethnography)를 통하여 초등교사를 위한 온라인 교사공동체 운영경험에 대한 협력적 전문성과 지속적 지도력을 파워운영자(system administrator)의 고민과 갈등 측면에서 담백하게 조명하였다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 교사공동체는 준비기에 강력한 헌신과 주인의식을 지닌 파워운영자에 의한 집중화된 통제기제에서 도약기에 수동적 지식활용 의식을 지닌 서브운영자(subsystem administrator)에 의한 구조화된 통제기제로 발전하였으며, 성숙기에 자발적 지식생산 의식을 지닌 구성원들에 의해 분산화된 통제기제로 전환되었다. 둘째, 온라인 교사공동체를 통한 협력적 전문성은 참여교사를 반성적 실천가(reflective practitioner)로 인식하여 다채로운 교실환경에서 요구되는 수업전문성과 진보하는 학교환경에서 요구되는 업무전문성 그리고 급변하는 교육환경에서 요구되는 교육전문성의 필요에 기반을 두었다. 셋째, 온라인 교사공동체를 통한 지속적 지도력은 인지제어(recognization control) 협의로 조직의 의식수순을 높이는 서브운영자의 상호 작용적 접근에 따른 수집응용력과 목표 분석적 접근에 따른 지식생산력으로 표출되었으며, 적응제어(adaptive control) 협의로 참여교사의 변혁 지향적 접근에 따른 협의조절력으로 판단하였다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 온라인 교사공동체의 운영기제를 세밀히 파악하고, 대안적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위한 기초 자료로써 기여할 것이다.

영어초록

Through autoethnography of site teachers, this study, in the aspect of power system administrators’ educational and sociological conflict, aims to cast light upon cooperative speciality and continuous leadership based on the experiences in the administration of the on-line teacher community for elementary school teachers. Concrete study results are as follows. First, the on-line teacher community developed from the focused control mechanism by power system administrators who had a strong devotion and ownership in the period of preparation into the structured control mechanism by subsystem administrator who had passive recognition of knowledge used in the period of take-off. It was converted into dispersed control mechanism by the members who had autonomous recognition of knowledge production in the period of maturity. Second, cooperative speciality through the on-line teacher community recognized a participation teacher as reflective practitioner and based on the necessity of instruction speciality demanded in various class circumstances, the duty speciality demanded in school circumstances under progression, and the education speciality demanded in rapidly changing educational circumstances. Third, continuous leadership through the on-line teacher community was expressed into the collection application stemming from interactional access of sub-administrators who elevated recognition level and into knowledge production stemming from target-analytic approach by recognition control consultation. In addition, the continuous leadership judged with consultation control through adaptive control consultation by participation teachers’ innovation-oriented approach. This study expects for the results to be used for basic materials necessary to grasping the on-line teacher community’s administration mechanism in detail and to investigate alternative administration strategies.
