초록

본 연구는 교과목 개설형태의 창업교육 프로그램에서 4년제 대학교를 중심으로 연구하였으며, 온라인 교육 네트워크 시스템을 활용하여, 연령과 창업 예비 계층의 만족, 추천의도와 성향을 분석하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 교육시스템을 중심으로 대학 창업교육 강좌 참여한 중소규모 창업예비자의 창업동기요인이 프로그램 만족도, e 비즈니스, 재이용 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 창업동기와 만족도 분석을 통하여 창업교육프로그램을 계획하는 정부, 지역자치단체와 대학교와 창업관련 프로그램 수강을 준비하는 창업예비자들에게 창업 만족도 요인을 제공하여 온라인시스템을 통한 창업프로그램의 활용 정도를 높이는 것에 연구의 의의를 찾고자 하였다.
본 연구의 실증연구를 ‘A' 대학교에서 창업관련과목 수강자 315명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 참여자의 온라인 교육프로그램의 만족도와 재이용 추천의도는 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect that motivation cause of start-up program participator has on Satisfaction & Reuse, Recommended Intention.
We carried out this study by using the education program participant from the samples.
The results are as follows.
The small and medium start-up program is able to give the positive effect to the job creation and growth but actually the rate of success for start-up program is very low and thus the effective support program is required.
As a result of survey for start-up education program participant, it was found that 3 causes of participation motivation such as goal-oriented motivation, activity-oriented motivation and cognitive motivation are all significant and especially, the effect of cognitive motivation cause showed somewhat high level in the program satisfaction, reuse and recommendation intention.
As in the activity-oriented motivation cause, the formation of good relationship for learning showed the high percentage of association, it was analyzed that it is more effective to perform the off-line type personal activity and online community activity together with information collection for start-up education program. It is needed to find the direction to increase the possibility of program reuse through the reuse of start-up education program and the effect of saving the time and cost.
The operating subjects of education program such as government, university etc can obtain the cost saving effect by utilizing a start-up education program and the program participant can get the start-up education effect by saving the time and reducing the burden of presence.
