창업동기가 청년의 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 재기가능성의 조절효과검증 (An Empirical Study of Effects of Youth Entrepreneurs' Entrepreneurial Motivation on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing of the Moderating Effect of Recovery Possibility)

초록

경기침체의 장기화와 산업구조의 변화 등으로 인해 청년의 실업 문제가 갈수록 점차 더 심각해지고 있어서 청년들의 실업률을 감속시키기고 미래산업과 국가경쟁력 향상을 위한 목적으로 청년창업을 국가정책의 최우선 과제로 추진하고 있다. 이러한 가운데 본 연구에서는 현재 청년들에게 창업을 하고자하는 동기는 어떠한 것들이 있으며 이 시대 청년들의 진정으로 창업을 하려고 하는 이유와 그러한 동기가 청년들의 창업에 도전과 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 실증적인 연구를 실시하였으며 청년들의 경우 창업 실패에 대한 부담감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향이 크기 때문에 창업을 실패하더라도 다시 재기할 수 있다는 재기가능성은 창업의지에 결정요인에 따른 조절효과에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 창업동기가 창업의지에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴본 결과 창업동기 중 능동적 동기와 기회 및 성취동기는 청년층의 창업의지 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 금전적 동기는 청년층의 창업의지에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 둘째, 창업동기 중 능동적 동기와 기회 및 성취동기가 청년층의 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 재기가능성은 조절효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 재기가능성 즉, 창업을 실패하더라도 다시 재기할 수 있다는 인식과 사회적인 제도와 정책이 마련 되여 질 때 청년들이 창업에 대한 도전과 의지가 높아질 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 청년의 창업에 대한 도전과 창업성과 뿐 만 아니라 창업 실패 시 재기할 수 있는 사회적, 제도적 정책마련과 홍보가 적극적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영어초록

This study researched the effects of youth entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial motivation on Entrepreneurial Intention. Recently, the keynote policy in most countries is to invigorate innovative start-up business to overcome unemployment and economic downturn caused by low growth rate Especially, nowadays, undergraduates' interest in business start-up is increasing, and many students choose to start-up business rather than finding jobs as domestic universities establish departments related to business start-up. Therefore, it would be necessary to have researches on the effects on undergraduates' business start-up and the performance expected. Thus, this study suggested the rational direction for the vitalization of undergraduates' business start-up in the future, by analyzing factors having effects on undergraduates' business start-up among youth entrepreneurs, and then analyzing the expected entrepreneurial performance based on the caused entrepreneurial motivation For the analysis, this study surveyed present construction technicians using a questionnaire. The researcher interviewed them to collect data from November 17 to January 7 in 2017. Except 21 responses which were not clear, this study used 449 copies of the responses for the final analysis. The results are presented as follows: First, all the entrepreneurial perception, social factor, environmental factor, and educational factor that have been selected as influence factors having effects on youth entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial motivation had positive(+) effects on it. According to the past preceding researches, the entrepreneurial perception showed lots of negative elements. However, due to the extreme unemployment crisis and polarization, the perception of business start-up might be gradually changed. Currently, the institutional start-up support is vitalized, and its support percentage is also increasing every year. Each school establishes departments related to business start-up while the rate of undergraduates' participation in start-up club activities or all sorts of competitive exhibitions is increasing. Due to the extreme unemployment crisis, the social perception has been changed, which is working as a positive factor.
