청소년 국토순례 참가자의 대인관계성향, 자아탄력성 및 자아성취감에 미치는 영향 (A Study Investigating the Effect on Interpersonal Relationship Disposition, Self-Resilience, and Self-Accomplishment of Adolescent Participants in Cross-Country Trip)

초록

본 연구는 청소년 국토순례 참가자의 대인관계성향, 자아탄력성 및 자아성취감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있어서 대인관계성향이 자아성취감에 미치는 영향에서는 표현성향과 사회적관계성향이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 대인관계성향이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향에서는 표현성향, 역할성향, 사회적관계성향에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아탄력성이 자아성취감에 미치는 영향에서는 긍정적미래지향성, 흥미와관심의다양성, 감정조절이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과로 보았을 때 청소년들은 국토순례에 참가하는 동안 타인과의 원활한 관계유지를 위해서 자기표현을 적절하게 하려는 경향으로 보인다. 즉, 대인관계에 있어서 상대방의 칭찬을 기억하거나 가급적 편견을 가지려고 하지 않았으며, 다른 사람을 이해하려고 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기를 표현함에 있어서 자기의 의견을 잘 설명하고, 주목을 받기 위한 행동을 자주하며, 분쟁보다는 타협하기위해 노력을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
특히 자아탄력성이 자아성취감에 미치는 영향에서는 자기의 미래를 희망과 긍정적으로 생각하고 목표에 대한 노력을 하고, 다양한 경험과 흥밋거리에 대해 관심을 가지고 도전을 하며, 어려운 부분에 있어서 인내심을 발휘하고 감정조절을 통해 침착함을 유지하는 것으로 나타났다.
청소년과 관련된 정부부처에서는 청소년들에게 다양한 신체활동 및 스포츠활동을 활성화 시키는 정책과 프로그램을 활발하게 펼쳐야 할 것이며, 관련기관에서는 안전교육이나 프로그램 검증과 전문인력이 확보되었는지 등에 대한 관리감독을 철저히 해야 할 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on interpersonal relationship disposition, self-resilience, and self-achievement of adolescent participants in cross-country trip. The expression disposition and social relationship disposition were found to have a significant effect on self-achievement, regarding the effect of interpersonal relationship disposition on self-achievement. The interpersonal relationship disposition was found to have a significant effect on expression disposition, role disposition, and social relationship disposition in connection with the effect of interpersonal relationship disposition on self-resilience. Meanwhile, self-resilience was found to have a significant effect on positive future orientation, diversity of interest and attention, and emotion control in relation to the effect of self-resilience on self-achievement.
Those results suggest that adolescents tend to attempt to make self-expression properly in order to maintain amicable interpersonal relationship with others during their participation in cross-country trip. In other words, they attempted to remember the praises shown by others to them and avoided prejudice, if possible, and tended to try to understand others in their interpersonal relationship.
Moreover, they articulated their opinions clearly to express themselves and engaged themselves in behaviors attracting the attention of others, and attempted to seek compromise rather than conflict.
Particularly, in connection with the effect of self-resilience on self-achievement, adolescents strived to have hopeful and optimistic view of their future, made efforts to achieve goals, took on challenges with interest towards various experiences and amusing things, and exhibited patience in the face of difficulties, and maintained calmness through emotion control.
It would be necessary for government ministries related to adolescent affairs to proceed vigorously with policies and programs conducive to promoting various physical activities and sports activities designed for adolescents. In addition, relevant organizations would need to play supervisory role thoroughly in verifying safety educations or programs and making sure that professional manpower is secured.
