초록

In this study, by making use of the difference in the measured level of satisfaction from the use experience and recognition of the importance of consumer choice of the properties of an existing market, by implementing the IPA analysis, actively manage the necessary factors I grasped factors if necessary to continuously manage, factor if unless sublation excessive effort, the factors lower priority may not considered. As a result, factors that actively manage is desired, the external environment and the marketing parking, convenience of access, peripheral tourism, promotion, quality and diversity, is a castle for the selection, we need to continuously manage certain factors, products and internal environment into buying services, sales staff kindness, store location, cleanliness, spending convenience, resting place, store atmosphere, shopping convenience of, health, was found to be a facility. In the present study, did not the analysis of the relationship between the other Hen'in embodying the IPA analysis by measuring only the importance and satisfaction of selected attributes for the consumer to find the existing market
