초록

본 연구는 빠르게 진행되고 있는 4차 산업혁명의 주요 기술이 공급사슬관리의 새로운 연구에 직접적인 동기를 제공 하고, 학계에 새로운 연구의 기회를 여는 것을 목적으로 한다. 경쟁우위를 창출하는 공급사슬관리에서 정보통신기술의 긍정적인 역할을 다룬 선행연구에서 효율성 증대 및 비용 감소의 긍정적인 영향을 확인하고, 공급사슬관리 산업의 최 근 연구 방향의 추세를 살펴보면서 회사 내부의 공급사슬관리의 시스템적인 연구, 회사 외부의 공급사슬관리의 협력적 인 연구 그리고 여러 문제를 한꺼번에 동시에 해답을 발견하는 최적화 모형 및 시뮬레이션을 통한 역동적인 연구 방 향을 통해서 주요 기술의 영향을 살펴본다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명의 주요한 기술을 활용한 공급사슬관리의 전략적인 활 동과 운영적인 활동을 탐색한다. 주요 기술 관련 공급사슬 연구에 대한 시사점을 논의한다. 4차 산업혁명의 주요 기술 이 광범위하게 확대 적용되어서 생산성이 증대하고 비용을 감소하면서 효율성을 증대시키고 고객 요구에 따른 온 디맨 드(on demand)생산과 고객에게 편의성과 서비스를 제공하는 효과를 논의할 수 있다. 클라우드 환경에서 빅 데이터를 이용하고, 사물인터넷(IoT), 로봇과 드론 및 인공지능 활용으로 공급사슬관리의 역동적인 연구의 최적화 연구 그리고 시뮬레이션 연구가 더욱 활발하고 기업의 의사결정에 크게 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 공급사슬 관련 4차 산업혁명의 기 술의 진화가 연구와 기업에 결정적인 변화를 제공할 것으로 예측한다.

영어초록

This research focuses on the exploratory study of main technologies of the fourth industrial revolutions and supply chain management. Main technologies of the fourth industrial revolutions include CPS, IoT and Sensor, Big data, Cloud based computing, 3D printing and additive manufacturing, robotics, drones and Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain. The concept of the fourth industrial revolutions, namely industry 4.0 is defined and the current status on industry 4.0 is reviewed with Germany, United States of America, China, Japan including Korea. Previous researches on Supply Chain Management have been reviewed with supply chain management and competitive advantage based on adaptation, alignment and agility, three directions of systematic` direction, collaborative direction and dynamic direction according to summary of results in researches. In the future, new researches on Supply Chain Management may be opened and enhanced with main technologies of the fourth industrial revolutions, specially with real time data, quickly changing and updated data, Big data analytics and advanced techniques of big data based on cloud computing. Specially, Big data analytics on Supply Chain Management may make important decisions on strategic sourcing, product design and development. And at technical level and operational level, optimization, simulation and other technical methodologies may be used for making important decisions on multi echelon problems, inventory-routing problems, demand and supply forecasting with inventory and production. The implications are discussed and the future research issues are generated and the conclusions note that main technologies of the fourth industrial revolution may open a large of amounts on new operations and research projects related to Supply Chain Management. And a future research will be done with the comparison between introducing costs and operating costs of main technologies of the fourth industrial revolution and business performance.
