초록

4차 산업에 대한 사회적 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 발생할 사회구조의 혁 명적 변화와 그에 따라 야기될 경제적 위기 상황에 대한 극복 방안 등이 논의되고 있으며, 이미 세계 주요 국가들은 새로운 변화를 선도하기 위해 분주하게 움직이고 있다. 하지만 일각에서는 4 차 산업혁명론의 개념적 타당성에 의문을 제기하는가 하면, 4차 산업혁명으로 양산될 부작용에 대 한 우려의 목소리도 적지 않다. 바로 일자리 감소다. 그런데 일자리 감소는 단지 노동시장의 축소 에 국한되지 않는다. 기술 진보에 의해 직종의 이원화가 더욱 심각해질 것이며, 소득 격차는 불평 등의 심화로 이어질 것이 자명하기 때문이다. 또한 4차 산업혁명으로 실현될 삶의 편의가 모두에 게 주어질지도 의문이다. 무엇보다 급속한 기술 발전은 사회 변화에 편승하지 못하는 계층 간 소 외 현상을 초래하여, 그 결과 사회⋅문화적 배제라는 부작용을 양산할 것이다.
이제 4차 산업혁명의 폐해를 사전에 방지하고 그 성과를 구성원 모두가 공유하기 위한 사회적 대응체계가 구축되어야 할 시점이다. 이러한 맥락에서 가장 중요한 것은 교육정책이라 하겠다. 4 차 산업혁명은 현재 치열한 국가 간 경쟁이 예고되고 있다. 여기에서 인적자원의 역량이 중요한 변수로 작용할 것이다. 그러나 우리 교육은 2차 산업혁명시대에 적합한 인재양성에 최적화되어 있 다. 이런 점에서 교육정책의 획기적인 전환과 혁신이 요청되어 진다.
이와 관련해 본 논문은 대순진리회의 종교교육으로서 상생이념에 주목하였다. 다양한 가치관이 공존하는 오늘날에 상호 갈등과 충돌 없는 조화로운 사회를 지향하기 위해서는 함께 신뢰하고 존 중하는 보편적 가치가 필요하다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 있어서도 상생은 사회내부의 갈등을 해소하 고 화해와 협력의 사회로 이행해 나가는데 있어 계층 간 대화를 가능하게 하는 윤리적 규범으로 서 그 가치를 발휘할 수 있다고 본다.

영어초록

With an increased social interest on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there are many discussions being made about possible social reformative changes and plans to deal with financial crisis that could be caused as the consequence. Also, major countries have already begun to make active movements to lead a new change in the world.
However, some people are questioning the validity of the concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution while some are raising their voices over the negative effects. One of the major concerns is job reduction. It seems obvious that job reduction will not only lead to the downsizing of labor market, but also the bigger polarization between occupations. The widening of income gap will be followed by deepening of inequality. Furthermore, it is doubtful whether the convenient living style could be shared by all people. Above all, the rapid technical development could cause social alienation for neglected people who failed to catch up with the social changes. As the result, it can bring negative effects such as social and cultural exclusion.
Now is the time to establish a system of counteractive measures that could prevent beforehand any damages of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and let all members of the society have the benefit of the advancement. In this context, the first and the most important step would be the change of education policy. When the Fourth Industrial Revolution seem to be currently evoking intense competition among nations, the capacity of human resource will be one of the major variables. But our current education is optimized for raising humans who are suitable for the Second Industrial Revolution. In this regard, we need a groundbreaking transformation and reformation of education policy.
This study is focused on the idea of Sangsaeng(Mutual Benefience) for religious education of Daesoonjinrihoi. The society today, when many different values coexist in much complex interconnections, requires an universal value by which people can trust and respect each other and realize a harmonious society where there are no mutual conflicts or confrontations. Facing the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the idea of Sangsaeng can be a value and ethical rule that enables people to resolve conflicts and communicate openly regardless of their classes and evolve into a new society of reconciliation and cooperation.
