4차 산업 시대의 민간경비 발전방안 (A Study on the Development of Private Security in the Fourth Industrial Age)

초록

연구목적 : 첫째, 민간에서 지출하는 비용의 고유한 기능과 가치를 재발견하고, 둘째, 4차산업 시대의 새로운 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데 사용할 수 있는 데이터를 제공하고, 셋째, 범죄예방 및 민간 보안 산업의 발전을 위한 방안을 제시하고 한다. 연구방법 : 4차 산업 시대 핵심 기술인 ICT, IoT, AI 등의 기술 이해와 민간경비에 적용에 대한 시사점 고찰과 참고 문헌을 활용한 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 결론 : 첫째, 4차 산업 혁명은 인공지능, 디지털 기술 및빅데이터에 의해 물리적, 디지털 및 생물학적 영역의 경계가 사라지는 기술 융합의 시대로이어질 것이다. 둘째, 지능 정보와 같은 디지털 기술은 다른 영역과의 사호 융합을 촉진하여혁신을 가속화 할 것이다. 셋째, 기술 발전을 통해 세계 산업구조와 시장 경제에 큰 영향이미칠 것으로 예상하며, 가까운 미래에 4차 산업 혁명 기술은 첨단 기술과 스마트 시티로 통합되고 변형되어 우리가 경험하지 못한 새로운 시대로 이어질 것이다.

영어초록

Purpose : The objectives of this study are as folows. First, it rediscoveres the unique functions and values of private expenditure, and second, provides data that can be used to develop new content for the fourth industrial era, and third, it presents measures for the development of crime prevention and private security industries using private expenditure based on the results derived from the research. Methods : Folowing the first industrial revolution, which began with the invention of steam engine in the late 18th century, the second industrial revolution, which consisted of the invention of electricity, and the third industrial revolution, the information revolution using computer and Internet, has continued to change and develop. With Klaus Schwab’s reference to the fourth industrial revolution at the 2016 Davos Forum, the fourth industrial revolution has become an isue in Korea, including politcs, economy and culture. However, not only is the private expense responsible for preventing crimes in our society stil dependent on human resources, but also is not prepared to face the fourth industrial age due to various problems. Conclusion : The fourth industrial revolution can be sen as an era of technological convergence where boundaries of physical, digital and biological areas are eroded by artifcial inteligence, digital technology, and big data. Digital technologies such as inteligence information are expected to aceleration inovation by faciltating interaction with other areas. Such technological advances and changes are also prospected to have a huge impact on the global industrial structure and market economy. In this regard, a completely diferent new industry wil be created, depending on the degre of convergence with existing industries. In the near future, these fourth industrial revolution technologies wil be integrated and transformed into advanced technologies and smart cites, thereby opening a new era that we have not experienced.
