초록

본 연구는 문제행동 중재에 대한 현장자문이 특수교사의 교사효능감과 아동의 문제행동에 효과가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 특수교사에게 설문조사를 하고 아동의 문제행동을 관찰하였다. 연구 참여자는 군집표집에 의해 선정된 장애아전문어린이집의 특수교사 31명이고, 문제행동 관찰대상은 특수교사가 소속된 학급의 아동 각 1명씩을 선택한 31명이다. 문제행동 중재 현장자문 프로그램은 긍정적 행동지원 내용에 대한 집단교육 4회기와 개별지원 형태의 현장자문 23회기로 구성하여, 특수교사가 아동의 문제행동을 중재할 수 있도록 3개월 동안 지원하는 것이다. 연구 설계는 단일집단 사전사후 설계를 이용하였으며, 프로그램 효과에 대한 분석은 현장자문 이전과 이후로 구분하고, 관찰과 설문지를 통한 수집 자료를 이용하여 t 검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과로는 첫째, 아동의 문제행동 중재에 대한 집단교육 및 교사 개별지원 형태의 현장자문이 교사효능감의 요소인 교사의 기대감과 신념에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 아동의 문제행동 중재에 대한 집단교육 및 교사 개별지원 형태의 현장자문이 아동의 문제행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과들은 문제행동중재에 대한 교사지원이 지식전달을 위주로 한 강의형태의 집단교육과 개별지원 형태의 현장자문이 함께 이루어져야함을 시사한다.

영어초록

This study was to survey the special education teachers and to observe the problem behaviors of the children in order to find out whether the on-site consultation for the problem behavior interventions has effect on the efficacy as the special education teachers and the children's problem behaviors. Participants were 31 special education teachers in the daycare center for children with disabilities selected by a cluster sampling and each child in their class. The on-site consultation program for the problem behavior interventions was consists of 4 sessions of a group education on positive behavior supports and 23 sessions of on-site consultations in the form of the individual support, lasted for 3 months in which the special teachers mediate the child's problem behaviors. Research Design used one-group pretest-posttest design and analysis of the program effect was conducted with t-test using the data collected through observations and surveys before and after the on-site consultation. The obtained results were as follows. First, a group education on the problem behavior interventions of a child and the on-site consultation in the form of individual supports positively influenced on teachers' expectation and beliefs, which are elements of teacher efficacy. Second, a group education on the problem behavior interventions of a child and the on-site consultation in the form of individual supports positively influenced on the children's problem behaviors. These results means that the teachers support for the problem behavior interventions should be accompanied by a group education in the form of the lecture focused on knowledge transmission and on-site consultations together in the form of the individual support.
