초록

This paper is to imvestigate experimentally the effect of change in surface coating material remover and number of use of the aluminum form affecting the surface quality of the concrete. Though the surface quality of concrete shows the trend of deterioration based on the visual observation as the number of use increases, the case of Polyamide (Referred to as PA hereafter) and Teflon (Referred to as Thereafter) resin coating shows minimal change on surface quality even when the number of use increases compared to the non-coated Aluminum (Referred to as AL hereafter) and Poly Ethylene (Referred to as PE hereafter) resin coating. For the surface roughness, the case of AL showed defective from the 1st use and showed a high value irrelevant from the use of remover. The case of PE showed better surface roughness than AL, and when the remover was used, the surface roughness showed lower for first time and increased as the number of use increased irrelevant from the remover material. Also PA and T showed very small surface roughness than those of AL and PE. While PA showed small difference from the use of remover, T improved by using the remover. The effect on number of pores on the concrete surface was the biggest at 0.1∼1 mm, and while the number of generated pores decreased when applying the remover to AL and PE, it significantly decreased for PA and T when the remover was not used.
