절충통합적 상담가설 유형에 관한 합의적 질적 연구 (Consensual Qualitative Research on The Types of Eclectic-Integrative Counseling Hypotheses)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 주요 상담이론 속에 포함된 절충통합적 상담가설 유형을 밝히는 것이다. 연구 목적을 성취하기 위한 첫 번째 연구문제는 절충통합적 상담사례 개념화 준거로 사용되는 주요 상담이론이 무엇인지를 밝히는 것이다. 그리고 두 번째 연구문제는 주요 상담이론에 포함되어 있는 절충통합적 상담가설 유형이 무엇인지를 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구의 연구방법은 합의적 질적 연구이다. 분석은 상담 전문성과 합의적 질적 분석에 대한 지식과 경험을 가진 자들로 구성된 연구팀 3명과 감수자 1명이 실시하였다. 첫 번째 연구문제에 대한 연구결과, 8개의 주요 상담이론을 도출하였다. 즉, ‘정신분석, 인지행동 상담, 인간중심 상담, 가족상담, 지역사회 상담, 초월영성 상담, 신경생리 상담, 발달상담’의 8개 주요 상담이론을 도출하였다. 이 중에서 ‘정신분석, 인지행동 상담, 인간중심 상담’은 ‘일반적 주요 상담이론’에 해당하였고, ‘가족상담’은 ‘전형적 주요 상담이론’에 해당하였으며, ‘지역사회 상담, 초월영성 상담, 신경생리 상담, 발달상담’은 ‘변동적 주요 상담이론’에 해당하였다. 두 번째 연구문제에 대한 연구결과, 10개의 절충통합적 상담가설 유형을 도출하였다. 즉, ‘자극관리, 반응관리, 반응양식 관리, 성격관리, 신경생리 관리, 발달과제 관리, 초월영성 관리, 가족체계 관리, 지역사회체계 관리, 대인반응 관리’의 10개의 상담가설 유형을 도출하였다. 이 중에서 ‘반응관리, 반응양식 관리, 성격관리 가설’은 ‘전형적 상담가설 유형’에 해당하였고, 나머지 ‘자극관리, 신경생리 관리, 발달과제 관리, 초월영성 관리, 가족체계 관리, 지역사회체계 관리, 대인반응 관리 가설’은 ‘변동적 상담가설 유형’에 해당하였다. 그리고 연구 결과에 대해 논의하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to derive the type of eclectic-integrative counseling hypothesis. The first research question is ‘What is the major counseling theory?’The second research question is ‘What type of eclectic-integrative counseling hypothesis is included in the major counseling theory?’Research methods are consensual qualitative research. As a result of the research on the first research question, eight major counseling theories were derived. More specifically, eight major counseling theories such as ‘psychoanalysis, cognitive behavior counseling, person centered counseling, family counseling, community counseling, transcendental spiritual counselling, neurophysiological counseling, and developmental counseling’ were derived. Among these, ‘psychoanalysis, cognitive behavior counseling, and person centered counseling’ were ‘general major counseling theory’. And ‘family counseling’ was ‘typical major counseling theory’. And ‘community counseling, transcendental spiritual counselling, neurophysiological counseling, developmental counseling’ were ‘variant major counseling theory’. As a result of the research on the second research question, ten types of eclectic-integrative counseling hypotheses were derived. More specifically, ten types of counseling hypotheses such as ‘stimulation management, response management, response style management, personality management, neurophysiological management, developmental task management, transcendental spirituality management, family system management, community system management, and interpersonal response management’ were derived. Among these, ‘response management, response style management, personality management hypothesis’ were ‘typical counseling hypothesis type’. And ‘stimulation management, neurophysiological management, developmental task management, transcendental spirituality management, family system management, community system management, interpersonal response management hypothesis’ were ‘variant major counseling theory’.
