정신질환자의 사이코드라마 경험 (Experience on Psychodrama of Mental Illness Patients)

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the experience of psychodrama among patients with mental illnesses. Methods: A Phenomenological method of Giorgi was adopted. The participants of this study consisted of seven mentally ill patients. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and observations from Aug 25th to Oct 31st, 2014. Data analysis technique was utilized: First, understand whole content, meaningful words and Reconciliation to ceasing to exist, modified in academic terms, lastly, integrating modified the structure of meaning.
Results: The four thematic statements in this study were as follows: ‘Exposing myself,’ ‘Phased knowing of myself through feeling the pain in my inner side,’ ‘Feeling a change in myself’ and ‘Making myself new.’ Conclusion: Through this research, the researcher came to learn that Psychodrama works as a very positive, effective therapy to self-awareness. through self-disclosure for mental patients. Accordingly, there is a need to conduct nursing- based research on diverse therapies that have been applied to mentally challenged patients. The researcher suggests that a nurse's role should be more expanded as an expert.
