초록

이 연구는 특수체육 전공대학생을 대상으로 전공만족도, 진로탐색행동 및 진로자기효능감이 직관적 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 전공만족도와 진로탐색행동이 진로의사결정에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 진로자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 세 가지 연구문제를 설정하였다. 이 연구는 서울특별시, 경기도, 충청북도 및 경상남도 지역 소재의 총 6개 대학의 재학 중인 남, 녀 대학생을 편의표집 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 방문조사 및 인터넷 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 질문지는 총 218부 중 이 중 응답이 누락이 되었거나 불성실한 응답으로 판단되는 자료를 제외한 208부를 최종 자료분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 자료 분석하였다 . 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 확인적 요인분석, 및 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 또한 각 변인들 간의 영향을 알아보고자 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 통하여 가설을 검증하였으며, 부트스트레핑(bootstrapping) 절차를 적용해 진로자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였고, 직관적 진로의사결정에 대한 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 진로탐색행동은 진로자기효능감, 직관적 의사결정에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 진로자기효능감은 직관적 의사결정에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 진로탐색행동은 진로자기효능감을 매개하여 직관적 의사결정에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 이 연구는 특수체육전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로탐색행동이 진로의사결정에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 진로자기효능감이 중요한 연결점이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 특수체육전공대학생들의 진로의사결정을 위한 진로선택에 대한 정보제공과 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of satisfaction on major, career exploration behavior, and self-efficacy on career on intuitive career decision-making for college students majoring in special physical education, and to verify the mediating effects of self-efficacy on career during the process of satisfaction on major and career exploration behavior affecting career decision-making. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, three research problems were set in this study. This study conducted a survey through convenience sampling of male and female college students at a total of six universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were collected through surveys by visit and internet surveys. Of the 218 questionnaires distributed, a total 208, excluding those with missing responses or judged to be insincere responses, were used for final data analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 program. In order to verify the reliability and feasibility of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Also, in order to examine the impact between each variable, the hypothesis was verified using structural equation modeling and bootstrapping procedures were applied to verify the mediating effects of career self-efficacy, while conducting factor analysis for intuitive career decision-making. Analysis results show that first, career exploration behavior had impact on career self-efficacy and intuitive decision-making. Second, career self-efficacy did not have significant impact on intuitive decision-making. Third, career exploration behavior did nothave impact on intuitive decision-making using career self-efficacy as a medium. This study confirmed that the satisfaction on major and career exploration activities of college students majoring in special physical education could have an important connecting point for career self-efficacy during the course of affecting career decision-making. Based on the results of this study, it is assumed that it can provide information and be used as basic data for career choices for college students majoring in special physical education for career decision-making.
