태권도 전공대학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 진로자본이 진로경로 개척의지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Career Capital According to the General Characteristics of College Students Majoring in Taekwondo on the Will to Develop a Career Path)

초록

목적: 학생의 자기주도 능력 함양은 진로와 더불어 취업 결정에 결정적 영향을 미치는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년기 이후 성인으로 접어든 대학생을 대상으로 이들의 진로 자본 개발과 능력, 창의력을 갖추기 위하여 개인적 특성에 따른 사회학적 요인인 진로자본(진로정체감, 진로능력, 진로네트워크)과 진로경로개척의지 요인 간의 연구를 하고자 한다. 이에 태권도 전공대학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 진로자본과 진로경로 개척의지의 관계 및 영향 등을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다.
방법: 본 연구의 대상은 태권도 전공대학생으로 품새 및 시범단 활동하는 학생들을 모집단으로 하여 편의표본추출법으로 설문지를 활용하여 총 236부를 회수하여 최종 분석에 사용하였다.
결과: 첫째, 태권도 전공 남녀학생 모두 품새를 더 많이 하고 있었으며, 특히 여학생은 품새를 남학생은 시범도 많이 하고 있었다. 둘째, 태권도 전공대학생들은 시범이 품새보다 진로자본의 하위요인 진로네크워크 수준이 더 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 성별에 따라 태권도 전공 남녀학생 모두 진로정체감, 진로능력이 성취형, 자립형에 영향을 주었으며, 특히 남학생은 진로네트워크에 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 학년에 따라 태권도전공 1학년, 2학년 학생은 진로정체감이 높을수록 자립형 수준이 높았으며, 3학년은 성취형에 높게 영향을주었다. 또한 2학년은 진로네트워크가 높을수록 의존형, 보류형, 성취형에 영향을 주었으며, 반면 낮을수록자립형에 높게 영향을 주었다. 또한 3학년은 진로네트워크가 낮을수록 의존형에 높게 영향을 주었으며, 4학년은 진로정체감이 낮을수록 의존형에 높게 영향을 주었다. 다섯째, 세부종목에 따라 태권도 전공 품새 학생은 진로정체감이 높을수록 성취형이 가장 높았으며, 자립형과 함께 영향을 주었다. 반면 진로정체감이 낮을수록 의존형이 가장 높았으며, 보류형과 함께 높게 영향을 주었다.
결론: 본 연구는 태권도 전공대학생의 미래 진로를 준비하는데 필요한 요인으로 진로자본 개척과 진로경로개척의지의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 태권도 전공계열 대학의 특성화와 대학생의 진로준비를 하는데 도움이되는 정보를 제공하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영어초록

Purpose: Developing a student's self-direction ability has a decisive influence on career and employment decisions. Therefore, this study targets college students who have entered adulthood after adolescence and explores career capital (career identity, career ability, career network) and career path development, which are sociological factors according to individual characteristics, in order to develop career capital, ability, and creativity. We would like to study the factors of willingness.
Accordingly, we sought to empirically verify the relationship and influence between career capital and the will to pioneer a career path according to the personal characteristics of college students majoring in Taekwondo.
Results: First, both male and female Taekwondo students were practicing Poomsae more, and in particular, female students were demonstrating Poomsae more and male students were demonstrating more. Second, it was confirmed that college students majoring in Taekwondo had a higher level of career network, a sub-factor of career capital, than Poomsae. Third, depending on gender, career identity and career ability influenced achievement and self-reliance for both male and female Taekwondo students, and male students especially had an impact on their career network. Fourth, depending on the grade, the higher the career identity of first- and second-year Taekwondo major students, the higher the level of independence, while the third-year students had a high influence on achievement type. Also, in second graders, the higher the career network, the more it influenced the dependent, pending, and achievement types, while the lower the career network, the more it influenced the independent type. In addition, for 3rd graders, the lower their career network, the more it influenced the dependent type, and for 4th graders, the lower their career identity, the more it influenced the dependent type. Fifth, depending on the specific event, Taekwondo major Poomsae students had the highest achievement type when their career identity was high, which had an influence along with the self-reliance type. On the other hand, the lower the career identity, the higher the dependence type, which was highly influential along with the withholding type.
Conclusion: This study confirmed the importance of career capital development and the will to develop a career path as necessary factors in preparing for the future career of Taekwondo major college students, and provided helpful information for the specialization of Taekwondo major universities and the career preparation of college students. It is significant that it was done.
