대학생의 진로자기효능감, 진로탄력성이 진로정체감 및 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 (The effect of career self-efficacy and career resilience on career identity and career decision level)

초록

이 연구는 수도권에 집중된 대학서열 및 과도한 입시경쟁 속에서 지방대학에 입학하여 학업중단을 고민하거나 진로고민에 빠진 지방대학 저학년 학생들에 대한 위기의식에서 시도되었다. 그리하여 이 연구는 우리나라 지방대학 저학년생의 진로자기효능감과 진로탄력성, 진로정체감 및 진로결정수준의 관계가 어떻게 구성되는지를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지방소재 4년제 일반대학교에 재학 중인 학생 227명의 자료를 표집하였다. 분석방법으로는 신뢰도검증, 상관관계 분석, 다중회기분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로자기효능감과 진로탄력성 순으로 진로정체감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로자기효능감의 하위요인인 목표설정요인은 다른 변인들보다 상대적으로 높게 진로정체감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로자기효능감과 진로정체감 순으로 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로자기효능감의 하위요인인 목표설정요인, 직업정보요인은 진로결정수준에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 지방대학 저학년 학생들의 진로결정수준을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 진로목표설정이 중요하다는 것을 발견할 수 있었고, 지방대학교 저학년 진로프로그램에서는 목표설정, 진로정보제공, 진로정체성 확립의 필요성을 시사한다.

영어초록

This study was attempted in a sense of crisis for students in lower grades in rural universities who were troubled with academic disruption or career difficulties. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between career self - efficacy and career resilience, career identity, and career decision level of low - grade students in rural universities in Korea. To do this, data were collected from 227 students attending 4 - year general universities. Reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed as analysis methods. The results of the study are as follows. First, career self - efficacy and career resilience were found to affect career identity. Second, the goal - setting factor, which is a sub - factor of career self - efficacy, has a higher effect on career identity than the other variables. Third, career self - efficacy and career identity influence career decision level. Fourth, goal setting factor and job information factor, which are sub-factors of career self-efficacy, have a statistically significant effect on career decision level. Especially, goal setting factors were significantly higher than other variables. These results show that career self - efficacy and career resilience affect career identity and career decision level. In addition, we found that career goal setting is important for the lower grades of the local university in order to raise the career decision level of the undergraduate students who are struggling with career difficulties. In addition, in the undergraduate career program at the provincial university, priority is given to setting career goals, providing career information, and establishing career identity.
