초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애대학생들의 생활스트레스가 학업소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 생활스트레스와 학업소진의 관계에서 정서조절의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 경상도 소재의 K시와 D시에 위치하고 있는 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 장애대학생 총 114명에게 설문지를 배부 하였으며, 총 110명의 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애대학생의 생활스트레스는 학업소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 생활스트레스를 많이 경험할수록 학업소진 역시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애대학생의 정서조절 문제는 학업소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애대학생의 생활스트레스가 학업소진에 직접적인 영향을 줌과 동시에 정서조절을 매개로하여 간접적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 생활스트레스는 학업소진을 직접적으로 유발시킬 수 있는 요인들 중 하나이며, 동시에 정서조절능력이 곤란할 때 학업소진을 증가시킬 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 종합하면 장애대학생은 생활스트레스와 학업소진과 정적 상관이 있으며, 생활스트레스와 학업소진의 관계에서 부분매개를 하는 것을 알 수 있다.

The Effects of Life Stress on Academic Exhaustion in College Students with Disabilities: Focusing on mediation effect of emotional regulation

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of life stress on academic exhaustion among college students with disabilities and to examine the mediating effects of emotional regulation on life stress and academic exhaustion. for that purpose, we surveyed students with disabilities. The subjects were 114 students with disabilities attending four - year universities located in K and D cities in Gyeongsang Province. all questionnaire were distributed to them, and A total of 110 data were analyzed. Looking at the main results, first, life stress of university students with disabilities was found to affect academic exhaustion. The more life experiences stressed, the more academic exhaustion appeared. Second, emotional adjustment problems of university students with disabilities were found to affect the academic exhaustion. Third, the life stress of college students with disabilities was indirectly influenced by emotional regulation, while having a direct effect on academic exhaustion. In other words, life stress is one of the factors that directly cause exhaustion, and at the same time it can increase the academic exhaustion. when it is difficult to control emotion. Taken together, the students with disabilities showed a positive correlation with life stress and academic exhaustion and were the part of the parameters in the relationship between the school life stress and academic exhaustion.
