초록

For this study, a survey was conducted on childcare teachers in Gyeonggi-do to examine the impact of childcareteachers’ ego-resilience and social support on their emotional burnout. The results of the study revealed that theego-resilience of childcare teachers and social support from their director, colleagues, and family had a negativecorrelation with emotional burnout. In addition, a negative correlation existed between the loss of a sense ofaccomplishment in teachers, dehumanization and ego-resilience, and social support from their director, colleagues,and family. Second, a closer look at the impact of childcare teacher’s ego-resilience on emotional burnoutshowed that the higher the childcare teachers regarded their ego-resilience the lower their scores were for factorssuch as emotional depletion, loss of a sense of accomplishment, and dehumanization. Third, a closer look at theimpact of social support on childcare teachers’ emotional burnout showed that the more social support theyreceived from their director, colleagues, and family, the lower their perception of emotional depletion, loss of asense of achievement, and dehumanization. Lastly, a closer look at the relative impact of ego-resilience and socialsupport for childcare teachers on their emotional burnout showed that psychological factors such as ego-resilienceand the environment of childcare teachers, especially social support from their director, colleagues, and families,are a strong influence.
