초록

본 연구는 비정규직보호법 시행이 호텔종사자의 인식과 태도에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 도출하고자 하였다. 비정규직보호법 시행 이후 호텔 현장에 대한 변화와 인사관리에 관련된 호텔 노동시장의 유연·안정성의 실현과 양질의 일자리 창출을 위한 종합적 개혁을 통하여 호텔 비정규직의 남용과 차별 문제의 해결을 추진하는데 그 목적이 있다.
호텔종사자의 인식과 태도에 미치는 비정규직보호법 시행의 분석결과로는 첫째, 비정규직보호법이 호텔종사자의 인식에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 가정을 분석한 결과, 비정규직보호법이 호텔종사자의 인식에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비정규직보호법이 호텔종사자의 태도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다는 가정을 분석한 결과, 비정규직보호법이 호텔종사자의 태도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나서 지지되었다. 셋째, 호텔종사자의 인식은 호텔종사자의 태도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다는 가정을 분석한 결과, 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 지지되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합해 보면, 호텔종사자들의 비정규직보호법에 대한 인식은 직무만족과 조직몰입 등 호텔종사자의 인식과 태도를 통해 간접적으로도 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영어초록

This study intends to reveal that enforcement of the Non-regular Employee Protection Law (NEPL) for hotels has significant effects on perception and attitudes of hotel employees, who represent the service industry, in pursuit of systematic personnel management. To achieve this goal, both literature review and an empirical study were conducted, and the following results were obtained through the empirical analysis.
First, NEPL had no significant effect on hotel employees' awareness. Second, NEPL had positive effects on hotel employees' attitudes. Third, changes in the employment environment had positive effects on hotel employees' awareness.
To put these results together, hotel employees' awareness of NEPL had direct effects on personnel management in hotels as well as indirect effects through their attitudes such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
As for differences between regular and irregular workers' groups, regular hotel employees didn't have their attitudes affected by changes inthe employment environment and their awareness according to NEPL; however, Irregular hotel employees had their awareness significantly affected by changes in the employment environment and NEPL, but didn't have their attitudes affected by changes in the employment environment.
Hotel managers and personnel managers need to develop a systematic personnel management program suitable for an employment type and form stable employment security environment. In addition, it is urgent to understand seriousness of problems of irregular jobs and find out fundamental solution to the problems through structural reform of the labor market so that labor and management can solve the problems.
It is necessary to conduct comparative researches on personnel management of irregular workers by the labor, the management, and the government at the same time so that resolution of discrimination against irregular workers in hotels can lead to improvement in productivity and make contributions to reinforcement of competitiveness in the hotel industry rather than being settled as a labor-management conflict element. to investigate the elemental structure and relative importance of loyalty shown among patrons of fast-food, pizza, and family restaurants, the three types most favored by college students.
