농산물 직거래에 따른 안전성과 실효성 영향연구 (A study on impact of safety and effectiveness on farmer to consumer direct transaction)

초록

농약계란 파동이후 정부 및 자치단체들은 먹거리에 대한 불안감을 해소하기 위해 관련법을 제정하거나 친환경농산물 직거래 장터 및 지역축제 등으로 안전성 홍보를 강화하고 있다. 하지만 소비자들은 정보충족의 한계로 여전히 불안감을 가지고 있기 때문에 국민건강과 안녕차원에서 이를 해소할 책임이 있다. 이에 연구자는 계속적으로 증가하는 직거래수요는 온라인으로 이동하고 있으며, 꼭 섭취해야 되는 먹거리의 중요성을 감안하여 구매과정의 품질요소와 안전성, 실효성 간 영향관계를 파악하여 소비자의 불안감을 해소하는데 그 목적이 있다. 목적달성을 위해 총 264명의 유효 표본을 최종분석에 사용했다.
분석결과 직거래와 연상되는 단어는 저가격, 신선도, 로컬푸드와 안전성은 농약과 친환경, 생산 이력추적시스템, 유전자 변형, 햇썹 순으로 나타났다. 구입방법은 할인마트, 직거래 마트, 재래시장, 온라인 순으로 나타났으며, 생산자의 홈페이지나 블로그에서 정보를 얻고 있다. 특히 생산농가와 정부, 행정기관, 농협 순으로 그 책임이 높았으며, 직거래 농산물의 이용합리성, 정보 충분성은 구매 실효성에 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
이와 같이 식재료에 대한 안전성은 사회 전반적으로 불신되고 있으며, 이를 완화하기 위해 관련기관의 감독강화와 생산자의 공익적 마인드 고취, 직거래 장터의 활성화 등이 요구된다. 따라서 농가는 생산에만 전념할 수 있게 인증마크를 강화하고 안전한 판로제공, 소비자들은 믿고 구매할 수 있는 선택권을 보장할 수 있어야 발전할 수 있다

영어초록

After insecticide egg problem, government and local states enacted the laws related this issue and has activated promotion about food safety through sales supporting policy such as farmer to consumer direct transaction market, local festival to relieve anxiety about food. However, customer still have anxiety because of lack of information about local food, and government and local states have responsibility to relieve these anxiety. As demand of direct transaction on online has increased, this study recognized effective relationship between quality factors, safety and effectiveness of Farm-to-Consumer Direct Transaction process to relieve anxiety of customer. This study was conducted by using 264 valid questionnaires for goal achievement analysis.
As result, it turned out that Farmer-to-Consumer direct transaction was thought to be related to low-price, fresh and local food, and safety was thought to be related to pesticide problem, eco-friendly, genetic modification, origin hysteretic system, It turned out that when they purchase agricultural products, they use supermarket, Farm-to-Consumer direct transaction market, traditional market, and online.
In addition, they have used main web page and blog to get information. It turned out that they recognize that safety was responsibility for farm, government, public offices and agricultural cooperatives. Food safety and environmental safety showed significantly positive effect on Purchase effectiveness.
As trust in anxiety about food safety has decreased and to relieve these anxiety, it needs to strengthen the supervision of management, to inspire public interest mind of producer and to activate Farm-to-Consumer Direct Transaction market. Farmer should focus on production as tightening up certification mark and providing product process to assure safe consumer options. Thus, safety and effectiveness of Farm-to-Consumer Direct Transaction is opportunity to provide information for customer. Exact quality factors would improve effectiveness. These interact relationship will make stable benefit as improving purchase process.
