특성화고등학교 학생의 부모지지가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 : 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (The Effect of Parent Support of Specialized Technical High School Students on the Level of Career Decision : Mediating effect of resilience)

초록

이 연구는 특성화고등학교 학생의 부모지지와 진로결정수준의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 가정과 학교가 연계된 바람직한 진로지도·상담의 기초자료를 제공하여 수준을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구문제로는 첫째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 부모지지, 진로결정수준, 회복탄력성의 수준은 어떠한가, 둘째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 부모지지, 진로결정수준, 회복탄력성의 관계는 어떠한가, 셋째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 부모지지와 진로결정수준의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 매개변인의 역할을 하는가로 설정하여 구명하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 특성화고등학교 학생의 부모지지, 진로결정수준, 회복탄력성에 관련된 이론적 배경을 고찰하여 검사도구를 제작하였다. 설문지는 개인특성(1문항), 부모지지(22문항), 진로결정수준(22문항), 회복탄력성(27문항)으로 총 70문항으로 구성하였으며, 전국 공업계열 특성화고등학교 학생 850명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 무응답이나 불성실한 응답의 설문지를 제외한 689부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 학년별 부모지지, 진로결정수준, 회복탄력성은 모두 유의한 차이가 없었으며 각각 보통수준을 나타냈다. 또한 부모지지, 진로결정수준, 회복탄력성 모두 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 하위요인별로는 부모지지와 진로결정수준, 회복탄력성과 진로결정수준이 높은 상관관계를 보였으며, 부모지지의 하위요인 중 정서적 지지와 언어적 격려가 진로결정수준에 50%이상의 설명력을 보였다. 매개효과 측면으로는 부모지지가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향에 대해서 회복탄력성 전체와 하위요인인 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성이 모두 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 진로지도상담의 질적 향상을 위해서는 가정적요인과 학생 내적요인을 모두 고려한 학교와 가정이 연계된 프로그램이 진행되어야 하며 특히 정서적, 언어적인 측면을 활용하여 학년이 올라갈수록 긍정적인 부모지지와 회복탄력성을 형성할 수 있는 교육이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of resilience in the relationship between parent support and career decision level of specialization technical high school students and to find out ways to improve the level of desirable career guidance and counseling. The research questions are as follows: First, what is the level of parent support, career decision level, and resilience of special technical high school students? Second, what is the relationship between parent support, career decision level and resilience of high school students? Third, the resilience of resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between parent support and career decision level of special technical high school students.
In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the theoretical background related to parent support, career decision level, and resilience of special technical high school students was investigated and the test tool was produced. The questionnaires consisted of 70 items including personal characteristics (1 items), parent support (22 items), career decision level (22 items), and resilience (27 items). A questionnaire survey was conducted on 850 students in the specialized technical high schools in the National Industrial Technology Area and 689 pieces were used for the final analysis except for the questionnaires of non - respondents and untrue respondents.
The results of the study are as follows. There was no significant difference in parent support, career decision level, and resilience by grades. Also, parental support, career decision level, and resilience were highly correlated. There was a significant correlation between parent support and career decision level, resilience and career decision level, and emotional support and verbal encouragement were more than 50% of the career decision level. In terms of mediating effect, the effect of parent support on career decision level was found to be partially mediated by overall resilience and sub - factors such as control, positive, and sociality.
Therefore, in order to improve the quality of career guidance counseling, a program linked to the school and the home should be conducted considering both domestic factors and internal factors. Especially, as the grade increases, it should be preceded by education that can form positive parent support and resilience by utilizing emotional and linguistic aspects.
