초록

This study aims to clarify the compositon of the teachers' staf at Mision Schol in 1910. The case of the study is KeiSung Schol and the main analysis data are schol journals, teacher minutes, and misionary reports, etc.
The results of this analysis are as folows : First, KeiSung schol teachers in 1910s were composed of a variety of misionary principals, Japanese teachers, and Korean teachers. Second, there were thre clases of Korean teachers. Third, In the Samil Independence Movement, most Korean teachers tok the initative with students. In summary, in the 1910s, the teaching staf of KeiSung Schol in the 1910s were very glocal. Teachers from the Western Empire and the Eastern Empire and colonial teachers were together, and at the same time, the regional characteristics of North Gyeongsang and Northwestern regions were strongly influential.
