난독증 초등학생 한글 해득을 위한 교수설계모형 개발 (Development of an instructional design model for elementary school students with dyslexia to learn Korean language)

초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 난독증 초등학생 한글 해득의 체계적인 지도를 위해 교수설계모형을 개발하는 것이다.
방법 난독증 초등학생에게 적합한 교수설계모형을 개발하기 위해 선행연구 분석을 통해 ADDIE 모형을 바탕으로 교수설계모형 초안을 개발하였다. 도출된 모형은 전문가 패널을 대상으로 총 3회의 델파이 조사를 진행하였으며, 최종 모형에 대해서는 타당성, 설명력, 구체성, 표현력, 유용성의 5가지 영역에 대해 타당도 평가를 실시하였다.
결과 본 연구를 통해 도출된 난독증 초등학생 한글 해득을 위한 교수설계모형의 델파이 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ADDIE 모형의 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가 절차에 따라 수업 전, 수업 중, 수업 후 진행해야 할 구성 요소를 개발하였다. 둘째, 난독증 초등학생을 위한 단계별 수행전략을 살펴보면, 수업 전 단계에서는 학습자 분석, 과제 분석, 요구 분석, 환경 분석, 학습 목표 설계, 교수전략 및 방법 설계, 평가 설계, 학습자 지원 설계, 교수⋅학습 자료 개발, 학습자 지원 방안 개발 수행내용으로 구성되었다. 수업 중 활동은 수업의 실행 전, 수업 실행 중 단계로 구성되었으며, 수업 후 활동에서는 학습자 평가, 프로그램 평가의 수행내용을 구성하였다.
결론 본 연구를 통해 개발된 교수설계모형은 ADDIE 모형의 단계별 특성에 따라 난독증 초등학생 지도를 위한 교수설계모형을 개발하였다. 난독증 초등학생의 경우 학습자 개인별 특성과 환경을 고려하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 체계적으로 개발된 교수설계모형을 바탕으로 교수자의 학습지도가 진행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서 개발한 교수설계모형은 난독증 초등학생을 위한 한글 해득 교육을 실시함에 있어서 교수⋅학습 활동의 기초자료로써 유의미한 자료로 활용될 수 있다는 데 의미가 있다.

영어초록

Objectives This study developed an instructional design model for systematic guidance of Korean language acquisition for elementary school students with dyslexia.
Methods In order to develop an instructional design model suitable for dyslexic elementary school students, a draft instructional design model was developed based on the ADDIE model through analysis of previous studies. For the derived model, a total of three Delphi surveys were conducted on a panel of experts, and for the final model, a validity evaluation was conducted in five areas: validity, explanatory power, specificity, expressive power, and usefulness.
Results The results of the Delphi survey of the instructional design model for understanding Korean for dyslexic elementary school students derived through this study are as follows. First, according to the analysis, design, development, execution, and evaluation procedures of the ADDIE model, the components to be carried out before, during, and after class were developed. Second, looking at the step-by-step implementation strategy for dyslexic elementary school students, the pre-class stage consisted of learner analysis, task analysis, demand analysis, environmental analysis, learning goal design, teaching strategy and method design, evaluation design, learner support design, teaching/learning material development, and learner support plan development. In-class activities consisted of stages before and during class execution, and in post-class activities, learner evaluation and program evaluation were performed.
Conclusions The instructional design model developed through this study developed an instructional design model for teaching dyslexic elementary school students according to the step-by-step characteristics of the ADDIE model. In the case of dyslexic elementary school students, it is of paramount importance to consider individual learner characteristics and environment. Therefore, the instructor's learning guidance should be conducted based on the systematically developed instructional design model. Therefore, the instructional design model developed in this study is meaningful in that it can be used as meaningful data as basic data for teaching and learning activities in conducting Korean language understanding education for dyslexic elementary school students.
