원사를 이용한 증모술 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study of Hair Thickening Procedure Techniques Using Hair Fibers)

초록

현대사회는 다양한 요인에 의하여 탈모가 증가하고 있으며 탈모 시장은 전문화·세분화 되고 있다. 세분화된 시장 중에 두피 관리센터나 병·의원과 같이 탈모의 근본적인 요인을 치료하거나 관리하는 분야와 가발이나 증모술 등 미용적인 측면에서 탈모를 보완해 주는 분야도 있다. 특히 최근에 가발의 단점을 보완하여 자연스럽고 이질감이 없는 증모술이 크게 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 증모술에 대한 이론을 고찰하고, 증모술에 대한 기법을 연구함으로써 미용 실무에서 활용될 수 있는 증모술 기법을 제시하여 증모술을 체계화시키고자 한다. 연구방법은 문헌, 정기 간행물, 인터넷, 선행논문 등의 자료를 활용하여 증모술에 대한 이론, 증모술에 이용되는 원사의 종류 및 특징, 탈모에 관하여 이론적으로 고찰하고, 고찰한 내용을 바탕으로 증모술에 대한 기법을 시연하고 정리함으로써 연구하였다. 증모술은 탈모로 인하여 고민하는 탈모 초기의 사람들에게 두피·모발 관리와 함께 시술하는 것이 좋을 것으로 사료된다. 원사의 종류와 특징을 살펴봄으로써 탈모의 유형이나 사용해야 하는 원사를 알 수 있다. 증모술 기법을 재사용 매듭법과 고정형 매듭법으로 나누어 특징, 사용 대상 등을 알아보고 기법을 직접 시연·정리하여 증모술의 기법을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 증모술과 관련된 자료가 거의 없는 실정에서 증모술을 학문으로 연구하는 기초자료 됨과 동시에 미용 실무에 활용될 수 있는 증모술 기법을 제시하여 증모술을 체계화 할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 향후 연구에서는 탈모별 증모술 기법에 관련된 임상 사례 연구, 증모술 교육 시스템 등 증모술을 연구 주제로 다양한 방면에서 연구한다면 증모술 관련 산업이 더욱더 학문적으로 체계화되고, 표준화된 기술로 발전할 것이라 기대한다.

영어초록

In modern society, hair loss is increasing due to various factors and the hair loss market is becoming more specialized and subdivided. Of the subdivided market, there is a field that treats or manages the basic factors of hair loss such as scalp management centers or hospitals and clinics and there is a field that remedies hair loss through cosmetic aspects such as with wigs or hair thickening procedures. In particular, natural hair thickening procedures that supplement the weaknesses of wigs are being given a lot of attention. At this, the purpose of this study was to examine theories on hair thickening procedures, research hair thickening procedure techniques, systematize hair thickening procedures by presenting hair thickening procedure techniques that can be used in practical beauty treatments, and thus aid businesses. Research methods used literature, periodic publications, the internet, and previously written theses to theoretically study theories on hair thickening, hair fiber types and characteristics used in hair thickening procedures, and hair loss, and research was conducted by demonstrating and organizing hair thickening procedure techniques based on the studied contents. Hair thickening procedures can be good for people who are experiencing early stages of hair loss together with scalp and hair management. By observing hair fiber types and characteristics, hair loss types and hair fiber types to be used can be figured out. Hair thickening procedures can be divided into reuse knotting methods and fixed knotting methods and observations were made of characteristics and subjects of use, techniques were directly demonstrated and organized, and hair thickening procedures were presented. Through this, as there is almost no data related to hair thickening procedures, this study can provide base material that researches hair thickening procedures academically, present hair thickening procedure techniques that can be used in beauty treatments, and systemize hair thickening procedures. If future studies conduct clinical case studies related to hair thickening procedure techniques and research hair thickening in various ways using research topics such as hair thickening procedure training systems, then industries related to hair thickening procedures will be more systematized and hair thickening procedures will develop with more standardized technology.
