초록

본 연구는 대졸자의 재학중 취업준비전략이 과연 노동시장에서의 질적 성과를 가져오는 지에 대해 알아보고자하여 진행되었다. 여기서 취업준비전략은 개인의 취업준비행동과 전공교과과정 준비, 취업지원프로그램 참여 등이고 노동시장에서의 질적 성과는 전공매치, 정규고용, 직무만족 등으로 하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 이러한 취업준비전략과 노동시장에서의 질적 성과와의 관계에 있어서 전공계열별로 어떻게 다른지에 대해 초점을 맞추고 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 분석결과, 전공매치에 영향을 미치는 경우는 전공교과과정 준비로 나타났으며 정규고용에 영향을 미치는 경우는 취업지원프로그램 참여와 전공교과과정 준비로 나타났다. 또한 취업준비전략 중 취업지원프로그램 참여와 전공교과과정 준비가 직무만족에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 정규고용은 전공매치와 직무만족에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며 전공매치는 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 전공계열을 중심으로 취업준비전략에 따른 노동시장에서의 질적 성과 차이를 분석한 결과, 취업준비전략 중 전공교과과정 준비가 전공매치에 미치는 영향은 자연․공학계열이 인문․사회계열에 비해 높았으며 개인의 취업준비행동이 비정규고용으로의 확률은 인문․사회계열이 높았다. 반면 개인의 취업지원프로그램 참여가 정규고용에 미치는 상대적 효과는 자연․공학계열에 비해 인문․사회계열이 높았다.

영어초록

This study has been processed to try to find that the career strategy in college really cause the qualitative performance in the labor market. In this study, career strategy refers personal employment preparation behavior, preparation for curriculum, employment supporting programs and others and the qualitative performance in the labor market means match with major field, permanent employee, job satisfaction and others. And this study want to do research focusing about which difference exists by department in the relation between college graduates’ career strategy and qualitative performance in the labor market.
Analysis showed that the preparation for curriculum has influence to the match with major field and the preparation for curriculum and the employment supporting programs has a deep relation with permanent employee. And it is made certain that the preparation for curriculum and the employment supporting programs in career strategy have influences to job satisfaction. Also it is confirmed that permanent employee has affirmative influence to the match with major field and job satisfaction and the match with major field has the same impact on job satisfaction.
Through the analysis of the difference of qualitative performance in the labor market by career strategy around department, the preparation for curriculum in career strategy has stronger influence to the match with major field in nature and engineering fields rather than in human and social sciences. The probability of temporary employee with the personal employment preparation behavior are higher in human and social sciences. On the other hand, personal participation to the employment supporting programs has higher relative effects to permanent employee in human and social sciences rather than in nature and engineering fields.
