초록

Hotel kitchen cooking for the production of quality food and beverage facilities and equipment and appliances are equipped with the scale and method of operation is based on the differing forms of management. Most hotels in the life to spend in the kitchen cooking environment that workers in the kitchen, kitchen facilities and working environment, morale and productivity of workers can affect the efficiency and increase the number of companies are impacted. Self-efficacy on the relationship between satisfaction and organizational commitment of the organization affects the hotel companies that produce products occupy an important part of the goal to improve the quality of service levels to achieve an efficient organizational commitment is an important part in the performance than job satisfaction in predicting employee retention can be regarded as more effective. Thus, previous studies suggested Employees' Job Attitudes, Job Satisfaction Based on the results of this study, prepared employees who work in the hotel the first target, a kitchen environment, and self-efficacy, organizational commitment, impact, second, self-efficacy and organizational commitment, job performance in the third, self-efficacy, impact on organizational commitment by understanding the relationship between employees' plan for increasing efficiency are presented.
