교장공모제의 국내 연구동향 분석 (The Analysis on Domestic Research Trends for the Open Recruitment System for Principals)

초록

이 연구는 교장공모제의 국내 연구동향 분석을 통해 향후 연구방향과 시사점을 도출하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이를위해 한국교육학술정보원이 제공하는 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)의 검색기를 활용해 교장공모제에 관한 연구논문총 71편을 내용 분석하였다. 첫째, 연구배경정보에 대한 분석결과, 연구유형 측면에서는 규범적·병합적 연구에 비해사실적 연구가 더 많이 수행되고, 연구기반 측면에서는 해석적·비판적 기반의 연구에 비해 구조 기능적 패러다임을기반으로 한 연구가 더 많이 수행되고 있었다. 둘째, 연구구성정보에 대한 분석결과, 연구목적 측면에서는 실제 개선을위한 시사점 도출을 목적으로 하는 연구가 가장 많이 수행되고, 연구내용 측면에서는 정책 효과성 연구가 가장 많이수행되고 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 연구방법 측면에서는 질적 연구에 비해 양적 연구가 더 많이 수행되고, 연구대상에서는교사를 연구대상으로 개인을 분석단위로 한 연구가 가장 많이 수행되고 있었다. 학교 급의 경우 중·고등학교에 비해초등학교를 중심으로 주로 연구가 수행되고, 분석방법에서는 두 집단의 차이를 살펴보는 t검증을 실시한 연구가가장 많았다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 연구방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 배경 면에서 교장공모제관련 이론연구, 모형개발 및 적용 연구, 규범적 연구, 해석적 연구, 비판적 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 연구구성 면에서 모형 혹은 이론개발 연구, 체계적 문헌고찰 연구, 연구동향 분석 등의 연구목적 하에 다양한 이해관계자를대상으로 내부형과 개방형 공모제의 도입 가능성, 그 과정에서 이해관계자의 미시 정치적 역동, 국가 간·학교 간비교분석, 연구동향 분석, 다층분석 및 다수준 분석, 네트워크 연구 등이 수행될 필요가 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of research on the open recruitment system for principals and propose future research directions and implications. For this purpose, using the retriever of RISS provided by the KERIS, total 71 academic researches related to the Open recruitment system for principals were selected as the subjects of content analysis. First, the analysis results of the research background information show that there is more realistic research than normative and agglomerative ones in the aspect of research type, and more research based on a structural and functional paradigm than ones on a interpretive and critical basis in the aspect of research basis.
Secondly, the analysis results of research construction information reveal that the biggest number of research aimed to provide implications for actual improvement in the aspect of research goals and investigated the effectiveness of the policy in the aspect of research content. Moreover, more quantitative research was carried out than qualitative in the aspect of methodology. The biggest portion of research took individual teachers as a unit of analysis in the aspect of subjects. In terms of school class, research was conducted mainly around elementary schools rather than middle and high schools.
As for the method of analysis, the biggest number of research conducted was t-test.
Based on the analysis results, the study proposed the following future research directions: First, there is a need to conduct theoretical/normative/interpretive research, and critical research in the aspect of research backgrounds. Secondly, there is a need for research on the possibilities of introducing an internal or open system, political connections among the process, comparison and analysis among nations and schools, analysis of research trends, HLM, and network analysis under the goals of investigating model or theory development, conducting systematic research on literature, and analyzing research trends in the aspect of research organization.
