초록

In this study, focusing on ‘Humans’, the subject of all architecture, the domicile created in BIM shall be renovated. Especially, aims at analyzing the characteristics of movement/walking that makes up the basis of human behavior on what affects them to be specialized within the space in offering the basic research of human-centric information modeling. Regarding walking, difference when diverse characteristic conditions of existing methodology and occupants are assigned based on evacuation simulation are analyzed and specialized.
The result of the study, the most significant factor of walking is the user's physical characteristics. According to simulation results, the object conditions of occupants appeared to affect pedestrian walking characteristics more than the conditions of movement path. Thus, in planning the movement path between the spaces, the pedestrian environment should be created that emphasizes the object characteristics of the user who shall use the space rather than the conditions of movement path.
Further studies are planned on changes in physical characteristics regarding pedestrian environment and changes in pedestrian walking characteristics caused by psychological factors based on DB from the physical characteristics of users.
