초록

목적 본 연구에서는 상담자의 상담경력, 상담자의 호소문제 명확성, 상담목표설정 구체성, 상담자 만족도 간의 관계를 확인하고 이미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상담자의 호소문제 명확성과 상담자 만족도 간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다.
방법 선행연구를 바탕으로 상담자의 상담경력이 상담자 만족도의 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 상담자의 호소문제 명확성과 상담목표설정 구체성을 선정하여 상담자의 상담경력이 상담자 만족도 간의 관계에서 상담자의 호소문제 명확성과 상담목표설정 구체성의 이중매개경로를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 상담자 482명으로 온라인 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 변인들의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관관계를 분석하고, 구조방정식 모형으로 이중매개효과를 확인하였다.
결과 분석결과를 보면, 첫째, 상담자 상담경력과 호소문제 명확성, 상담목표설정 구체성, 상담자 만족도는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로확인되었고, 상담자의 호소문제 명확성은 상담목표설정 구체성, 상담자 만족도는 정적 상관, 상담목표설정 구체성과 상담자 만족도도 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 상담자 상담경력이 높을수록 상담자의 호소문제 명확성이 높아지고, 상담자의 호소문제 명확성이 높을수록 상담자 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 분석되었고, 상담자 상담경력와 상담자 만족도 간에 상담자의 호소문제 명확성과 상담목표설정 구체성의 이중매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 결과가 연구에 주는 의의 및 실제 상담 현장에서의 시사점을 논의하였다.

영어초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the specification of counseling objectives and the level of counselor's career in the relationship between the counselor's clarity of appeal and the counselor's satisfaction.
Methods Based on previous studies, the counselor's clarity of the appealed problem and the specification of the counseling objective setting were selected as factors that influence the relationship between counselor's satisfaction and counselor's career, verifying the dual mediation path of the counselor's clarity of the appealed problem and the specification of the counseling objective in relationship between counselor's satisfaction and counselor's career. The study subjects were 482 counselors and the data was collected through an online questionnaire.
The correlation was analyzed to confirm the relationship of the variables, confirming the dual mediation effect in structural equation.
Results The analysis results were as follows ; First, it was found that the career of counselor, the specification of the counseling objective setting and the satisfaction of counselor have static correlation and the clarity of couselor’s appealed problem Second, it was analyzed that the more the career of counselor, the higher the clarity of counselor’s appealed problem, and the higher the clarity of counselor’s appealed problem the higher the satisfaction of couselor. Also, it was verified that there is an dual mediation effect of the clarity of counselor’s appealed problem and the specification of the counseling objective setting between the career of the counselor and the satisfaction of counselor.
Conclusions The significance and implications of these research results for research and actual conseling were discussed.
