생애진로설계에 참여한 비기독교인과 기독교인 진로설계사의 전환학습경험에 대한 의미 탐구 (Exploring the Significance of Transitional Learning Experiences in Career Planning among Non-Christian and Christian Participants in Life Career Design)

팬데믹 이후 급격하게 도래한 디지털화와 AI의 등장으로 복합적인 문제가 증가하는 현대인에게 생애진로설계를 전문적으로 제공하는 진로설계사의 직업정체성 측면에서 혼란과 딜레마에 노출되고 있는 현실이다. 진로설계사의 직업정체성은 생애진로설계에 영향을 미칠 수밖에 없으므로 비기독교인 진로설계사와 기독교인 진로설계사가 생애진로설계에 참여하면서 어떠한 정체성을 갖고 어떠한 전환적 경험을 하며, 어떠한 차이점과 유사점을 본질적으로 경험하는지에 대한 현상을 탐구하고자 하였다.
생애진로설계에 참여한 비기독교인과 기독교인 진로설계사를 중심으로 생애진로설계 경험에서 나타내는 의미를 탐색하여 정체성 형성의 구조와 의미가 어떠한지, 비기독교인 진로설계사와 기독교인 진로설계사가 생애진로설계를 통해 나타나는 전환학습경험의 의미는 어떠한지를 밝히고자 한다. 비기독교인 진로설계사 5명, 기독교인 진로설계사 5명의 연구참여자들에게 반구조화 질문지를 배부하였고, 생애진로설계 현상의 본질의 의미를 파악하는데 적합한 현상학적 연구방법을 채택하였다.
연구방법은 면담과 반구조화된 질문지를 사용하였다. 연구결과로 나타난 연구대상의 유사점은 생애진로설계의 개인 정체성에서 전문적 정체성으로의 전환, 직업사명의 정체성 보유, 진로설계 전문성 확장 측면에서는 서로 비슷하였으나 기독교인 진로설계사는 생애진로설계시 복합적 생애진로문제해결을 범주로 하며, ’진로설계사 소명동기와 역할제공’이라는 전문적 정체성에서 영적 정체성으로의 전환, 하나님과의 수직적이면서 수평적인 통합적 전환의 경험은 비기독교인 진로설계사와 상이하게 나타났다.
본 연구는 생애진로설계가 진로, 심리, 관계뿐만 아니라 영적인 문제를 해결하는 문제해결의 동인이 된다는 사실을 제시하였고, 일반교육학과 기독교 세계관의 신앙이 하나님의 인간 창조원리에 입각한 생애진로설계와 성경적 진로설계이론, 창조원리 진로적성검사도구와 함께 통합적으로 실시될 때, 수직적 및 수평적 통합의 교육과 심리, 영적문제의 해결책이 될 수 있음을 첫 임상연구 결과로 제시하였다.

In the reality of modern individuals exposed to confusion and dilemmas regarding the professional identity of career planners who provide specialized life-career design services, issues have been increasing due to rapid digitalization and the emergence of AI following the pandemic. Given that the professional identity of career planners inevitably affects life-career design, this study aims to explore the phenomena of what identity non-Christian and Christian career planners possess, what transformational experiences they undergo, and what essential differences and similarities they experience while participating in life-career design. This study seeks to elucidate the structure and meaning of identity formation by exploring the significance demonstrated in the life-career design experiences of non-Christian and Christian career planners. Specifically, it examines the meaning of transformational learning experiences manifested through life-career design by five non-Christian career planners and five Christian career planners who participated in the study. The phenomenological research method, suitable for identifying the essence and meaning of life-career design phenomena, was adopted. The research methods included interviews and semi-structured questionnaires. The study results revealed that the similarities among the study subjects included a transition from personal identity to professional identity in life-career design, possessing a vocational mission identity, and expanding career planning expertise. However, Christian career planners differed from non-Christian career planners in that they categorized complex life-career problem-solving within life-career design, experienced a transition from professional identity to spiritual identity with a ‘calling motivation and role provision’ in career planning, and underwent vertically and horizontally integrated transformational experiences with God.
This study presented the fact that life-career design serves as a driving force for solving not only career, psychological, and relational issues but also spiritual problems. The initial clinical study results suggest that when general pedagogy and Christian worldview faith are integrated with life-career design based on God's human creation principle, biblical career design theory, and creation principle-based career aptitude assessment tools, it can provide solutions to educational, psychological, and spiritual problems through vertical and horizontal integration.
