초록

This study studies the ability to utilize various clock tower installations by occupying the rooftop of public buildings and a limited specific space on the rooftop. And install an intelligent closed-circuit smart sensor at the vertex of the clock tower, and detect, produce, collect, create, process, analyze, and process urban information using smart sensors and the Internet of Things. Research is conducted to use it for smart city service purposes such as disaster and disaster post-processing as well as rapid prevention through reliable information.
