전통문화유산과 대체의학의 융복합을 통한 활용 방안 (Utilization method through the convergence of Korean Traditional cultural heritage and Alternative medicine.)

초록

본 연구는 우리나라의 우수한 전통문화유산과 대체의학을 접목한 융복합형 프로그램의 개발과 이를 통한 문화유산의 활용과 보급에 그 목적이 있다. 융복합 및 문화유산의 대체의학적에 의미에 대해서 살펴보았고, 융복합을 통한 활용 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 문화유산과 대체의학의 융복합적 콘텐츠는 의료관광, 명상여행 등 상품으로, 공교육 현장에서 학생들을 위한 프로그램으로, 이외에도 직장, 지역 문화센터 등 단위에서 건강증진과 함께 전통문화를 알리는 다양한 프로그램으로 활용이 가능하며, 향후 교육, 문화, 사회, 경제적으로 긍정적인 효과를 낼 것으로 전망된다.
최근 스트레스 증가에 따른 미병(未病) 인구의 증가와 함께 건강에 대한 관심 또한 고조되면서 대체의학이나 자연치유에 대한 관심과 이용이 증가하고 있는데, 한국전통문화를 활용한 명상 프로그램이나 심신수련법에 대한 체계적인 연구와 임상적 적용이 시행되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 이러한 융복합 상품은 전통문화유산을 창조적으로 활용한 것으로 글로벌 시대에 한국에서 체험할 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 문화콘텐츠가 될 것이고, 전통문화의 보급 효과는 물론 현대인의 심신 건강관리에 유용할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 영가무도를 비롯하여 사물놀이, 탈춤, 민요 등은 단순한 유희적 목적 이외에 한민족의 삶에서 오랫동안 치유와 예방의학으로 기능했으므로 개발하고 활용한다면 한국인의 정서에 맞는 대체의학의 심신요법이 될 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a converged program of excellent Korean traditional cultural heritage and alternative medicine, and to popularize and utilize Korean traditional cultural heritage through that program. We conducted a study of convergence of excellent Korean traditional cultural heritage and alternative medicine and significance of its cultural heritage on the side of alternative medicine, and we discussed utilization method of cultural heritage through convergence. Converged content of cultural heritage and alternative medicine can be utilized in a variety of programs to inform the traditional culture with the Health Promotion for people joining in medical tourism, travel and meditation program or for students in public education, or for people in local cultural center or work. And it is expected to be the future of education, culture, social and economic positive effects.
In recent years, more people have got liable to illness due to increasing stress, the interest of the health such as well-being, healing has been rising, and it has increased interest in and use of alternative medicine and the natural healing. Therefore, systematic study and clinical application of Korea's traditional meditation or mind and body practice is expected to be carried out. This converged content is expected to be useful in the modern health promotion with the dissemination of traditional culture and expected to be a great cultural content than what informs Korea in the global era because this creative use of cultural heritage will be a competitive product that can experience only in Korea. Play in traditional culture is not just play but has features of preventive medicine and healing for a long time in the life of the Korean people. So if we develop and utilize traditional cultural heritage such as younggamudo, samulnori, mask dance, Korean folk song, they could be mind and body practice of alternative medicine fitted for the Korean sentiment.
