초록

This research analyzed the financial ratio which influences in the foreigner investor. First the foreign investment firm divides analyzed as the direct investment firm and the indirect investment firm. Also separated an analytical objective duration around foreign exchange crisis and analyzed. Analytical result, the foreigner equity ratio of the Korean Firm appeared that influences the stability of financial performance indicators is biggest. In other words, the foreigner investor take effected of total capital increasing rate in Growth index, Return on sales in Profitability index, Net worth to assets, Current ratio, loan dependence degree in Stability index from whole sample.
Based on foreign exchange crisis former after the result which compared,Although foreign exchange crisis take effected an influence to former to profitability index, after the foreign exchange crisis was being take effected an influence to stability index, the possibility know.
Also the resultant indirect investment firm which compared the direct investment firm and the indirect investment firm take effected the influence of profitability and stability most, the direct investment firm mainly the fact that will be undergoing an influence with growth indexes.
