장애아통합어린이집 재원 유아부모의 통합보육 이용경험에 대한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Experience of Parents of Children Attending an Integrated Daycare Center for the Disabled Using Integrated Childcare)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애아통합어린이집 재원 유아부모의 통합보육 이용 경험을 이해하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 질적 연구 방법을 택하였으며, 경기도 소재 장애아통합어린이집 이용 경험이 있는 재원유아 부모 7명을 참여대상으로 의도적 표본 추출하여 심층인터뷰를 진행하였고, Moustakas(1994)에 의해 개발된 구조화된 분석접근의 세부 단계를 따라 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 15개의 의미 있는 공통 진술이 추출되었고, 의미 있는 진술에 명백히 나타난 의미를 관련 주제 군집으로 나누어 제도요인, 행정요인, 교사요인의 본질적 구조로 기술하였다. 이어서 기술된 핵심의미를 파악하고 심층 분석하였다. 본 연구는 장애아통합어린이집 재원유아 부모의 공통 경험을 살펴봄으로써 유보통합을 준비하는 시점에서 제도적으로 장애아통합어린이집의 나아갈 방향에 대한 지침을 마련함에 있어 부모의 요구를 반영하는데 활용하며, 보육과 교육 현장에서는 부모의 요구를 이해하여 갈등을 해소할 수 있는 행정적 지원의 자료, 교사의 외적· 내적 발전을 위한 동기부여의 단초로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the experience of parents of children attending integrated daycare centers for children with disabilities using integrated childcare. To this end, a qualitative research method was adopted, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 7 parents of children attending integrated daycare centers for children with disabilities in Gyeonggi Province, who were selected as the participants, and the data was analyzed according to the detailed steps of the structured analysis approach developed by Moustakas (1994). As a result of the study, 15 meaningful common statements were extracted, and the meanings clearly expressed in the meaningful statements were divided into related topic clusters and described as the essential structure of institutional factors, administrative factors, and teacher factors. The core meanings described below were identified and analyzed in depth. This study is expected to be used to reflect the needs of parents when preparing for the integration of children with disabilities by examining the common experiences of parents of children attending integrated daycare centers for children with disabilities and to establish guidelines for the direction of integrated daycare centers for children with disabilities at the time of preparing for the integration of children with disabilities. It is also expected to be used as a source of administrative support that can understand the needs of parents and resolve conflicts in the field of childcare and education, and as a starting point for motivation for teachers’ external and internal development.
