초록

이 연구는 장애유아 통합 유치원 도덕교육에 대한 부모의 인식을 밝히고, 이에 따른 개선방향을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 유아의 도덕성은 실제생활의 기능에서 기초를 이루고 있는 발달영역임에도 불구하고 유아교육 현장에서 실질적인 중요성을 인식하고 있지 못하는 실정이다. 전통적으로 유아의 도덕성 발달에 있어 중시되어 온 인지발달이론은 또래간의 상호작용을 주된 수단으로 제시해 왔으나, 유아와 부모에게 실제적인 성과를 제시해 주지 못하고 있다. 또한 유아도덕교육에 대한 유아교육 현장의 인식 부족으로 구체적인 교육프로그램의 실제 역시 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 점에서 이 연구는 Bronfenbrenner의 가족 생태학적 접근에 기초하여 유아도덕교육에 있어 가정환경과 유아교육 현장의 적극적인 협력과 지역사회의 환경과 활발한 연계 구도를 확립하는데 주된 초점을 두어 도덕교육의 수월성 제고를 위한 개선 방향을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이 연구는 본질적으로 일선 장애유아 통합교육 현장에서 유아도덕교육을 계획하고 적용하는데 필요한 기초자료로써 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of the study was to unveil parents’ recognition on integrate kindergarten pupils’ moral education and to investigate/propose its direction of improvement.
The conclusion of the study was as follows.
First, development of early children’s morality by interaction of the age has not enough concreteness since recognition and specialty of kindergarten teachers on education of early children’s morality are also not enough. Namely, ① A lack of recognition on importance of home surroundings their parents’ affect is presumed in education of early children’s morality ② A lack of training program for development of early children’s morality ③ Non-reliability of their parents on integrate kindergarten pupils’ moral education and specialty are being caused.
Second, the study put focus on Bronfenbrenner’s family ecological approach, reviewing plan and practice of specialty critically with interaction of the age as the main means in the field of early children’s education for development of early children’s morality.
The study groped directions for improvement through several examples as a part of the above: ① Embodiment of family ecological approach with kindergartens as the principal axis ②Development of standards for performance outcomes about development of early children’s morality ③Establish a standard of objective and universalized early children’s teachers on early children’s moral education ④ Cooperation between their parents and their teachers followed by carrying out programs of education tour under the control of kindergartens ⑤ Plans carried out by kindergartens or their union ⑥ Secure effectiveness of early children’s moral education followed by early children’s education of integration/exchange ⑦ Revitalization of moral culture life and field learning space ⑧ Their parents’ psychological stress management through construction of a cooperative system with social welfare specialists ⑨ Strengthen moral/consulting training activities of their parents and teachers ⑩ Settlement of kindergarten pupils’ moral education by composition of transdisplinary team were emphasized.
Conclusively, the recognition on importance of early children’s moral education is still not established properly in the field of early children’s education. Therefore, it is thought that it will become performance index to secure effectiveness and efficiency to take a view of the possibility of early children’s moral development.
