초록

This paper is supported and carry out by ITKC's "review on ITKC's professionals translator Training system" conference in 2008.
In 2007, "Korean Classic Research Institute" foundation new started a state-run organization, also renamed "Institute for the Translation of Korean Classics". This organization for build professionals translator system, active insurance ability translator, started new encouragement of learning, new build and management "Interdisciplinary Course for Translating Korean Texts in Classical Chinese" by joint of ITKC and Acedemy of East Asis studies in The SungKyunKwan University. Through above system and effort ITKC's statute more greater in Korea academic world.
Under research this paper have new proposal for the match and answer which demand by internal and external academic circles's, also enhance the level of general public's culture.
For this researh collect and review ITKC and other professionals translator training system's curriculum and manage course, invite and collected polled some of university and Institute to find out their real demand.
Stand on this research, make a demand list by in and out, propose an alternative plan for develope ITKC's professionals translator Training system.

1) educational objectives and system
a. review ITKC's ‘educational objectives’-coexist ‘classic professionals translator for job’ and ‘by professionals translator course, build up classic consumer(for self-contentment)'.
b. re-orgazation step by step curriculum and learning system : rebuild system on student's level.

2) curriculum and class
a. re-system unify essential class and selection class : reinforce make a self-choice class authority
b. make a special(un-ordianry) class and open learning classic course for ordinary people.

3) select student and managing system
a. more active public relations and wide brand name
b. manage compete encouragement system : abolishing class distinctionsa by school career, each semester select a student on scholarship by competition.
c. extend support studies in Korean traditional lecture hall(書院).
d. encourage student self-study.
e. make and manage program build up individual's sense of belonging

4) others
a. location problem : make a new place to easy reachable, more convenient.
b. offer rebuild facilities : equipped with air-conditioning and heating, soundproof construction and expansion convenient facilities.

ITKC have to make a breed up professionals classic translator, also breed up best brains for study Korean Studies, and have to answer which ordinary people's demand to know classic and freelancer demand by using classic knowledge.
For reply their demand ITKC make a effort to develop and new class and active public relations, due up this effort can build up more join ordinary people and expert, can more need federal support.
Through above real activity, ITKC can reply general public people and learned circles people's demand, stand on this position can more involve who person interest in classic translation, can possible more good quality's outcome.
