초록

VE team member’s role is to identify an unnecessary cost from quality, performance, proper construction method, facility or material and service procedures needed for the owner and user based on VE Job Plan. However, an assessment of VE team members shall not be performed so that the maximum effect of design phase VE shall not be expected. This is the reason why the proposal of a systemic evaluation model is required. The purpose of this study is to present a guideline to the owner how to assign VE team members in the VE preparation phase by presenting an evaluation indication used to assign VE team members.
To do this, this study setups an evaluation category and items through selection criteria of VE team members and previous studies presented in SAVE. To acquire the reliability of composed items, this study verified the reliability of items by using Likert 5 scales for the determined evaluation items and quantizes comparative significance and additive value of each evaluation item by applying F.D method and IWDW method. As a result, an evaluation indication divided into thirty-four evaluation items in eleven categories that able to evaluate VE team members in the early VE preparation phase. In the future, study on evaluation model which can objectively assess and select the design phase VE team members will be required.
