국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과 교육과정 분석 (A Study on the Curriculum of the Graduate School of Department of Education Consulting in South Korea)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공의 현황과 교과목 분석을 통해 국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 교육과정에 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대학원의 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 개설 현황과 교육과정 현황을 조사하기 위해 키워드를 ‘교육컨설팅’으로 한정하여 대학의 주요 정보를 제공하는 대학알리미, 네이버와 구글 키워드 검색, 각 대학과 대학원의 홈페이지 확인 순으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료 분석 결과 3개의 국내 일반대학원 석사과정과 박사과정 및 9개의 국내 교육대학원 석사과정이 운영되고 있었고, 신설 또는 변경에 따라 해당 교수진의 전공과 전문성을 바탕으로 교육과정을 구성한 것을 확인하였다.
본 연구는 국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 개설 현황과 교육과정 현황을 분석한 최초의 연구로써 교육컨설팅학 발전을 위한 기초 연구로써의 의의를 지닌다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest implications for the curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea through the analysis of the current status and curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea.
In this study, in order to investigate the current status and curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea, the keywords were limited to ‘education consulting’, and data were collected in the order of Daehakalrimi(https://www.academyinfo.go.kr), Naver and Google keyword search, and each university and graduate school’s website. As a result of the analysis of the collected data, it was confirmed that three master’s and doctoral programs in general graduate schools in South Korea, and nine master’s programs in graduate schools of education in South Korea were in operation, and the curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea were organized based on the faculty members’s major and expertise according to new department and major or name changed department and major.
This study is the first study to analysis the current status and curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea and is meaningful as a basic study of the development of education consulting as disciplines.
