야영장 외적요인이 야영장 이용 만족과행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the external factor of Camping sites upon the Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions)

초록

The purpose of this study is to seek a direction for development of camping area byinvestigating the effect of the camping area on satisfaction and behavioral intention ofthe camping's customers. Literature review and empirical research through surveys were used combined as the research methods to achieve the research objectives. The survey period was in times from October 7, 2013 until October 14, 2013 and a total of 216 questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analysis, such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, path analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 4.0.
According to this study First, upon analyzing the influence of satisfaction from the external factor in camping, the research found that the facilities and distance of accommodation from camping area have been influenced. Second, satisfaction has an effect on the behavioral intention.
We hope that there must be more detailed research on the relationship between external factors, satisfaction and behavioral intention of camping and there must be research from different fields of research for the vitalization of Korea' camping industry as it is in its early stage of development.
