초록

This study is to examine the impact of win-win cooperation factors on knowledge sharing for SMEs forming a partner relationship with large conglomerates with such parameters as intercorporate partner trust and continuity of relationship. In the previous studies, win-win cooperation is perceived to influence management performance to a certain extent. However, the results of the empirical analysis of this study indicated that all of strategic directional consistency, cooperative corporate culture and intercorporate devotion and consideration influenced partner trust. However, intercorporate devotion and consideration influenced continuity of relationship, whereas continuity of relationship was the factor influencing on knowledge sharing. In addition, there was a difference of position between the large conglomerates and SMEs. That is, the research model was subdivided into the following two models: the first one focused on the viewpoint of large conglomerates on SMEs and the second one focused on the viewpoint of SMEs on large conglomerates. It would be imperative to prepare adequate policies for the government to regain public trust in order to achieve true win-win cooperation between large conglomerates and SMEs based on the aforementioned important factors of win-win cooperation.
